Pros Nice simple software for tracking billing hours and setting up invoices. Easy to set up Jobs and multiple clients. Easy to keep track of unpaid invoices. Cons Software is a bit dated, there are probably lots of newer options on the market that would work just as well. It's time to move on. Terrible interface for exporting years' worth of data as well to move it into Quickbooks, which is very unfortunate. Do not buy this software at this point. Pros Easy to customize invoices and save as PDFs. Cons Can't sort clients in any way (even alphabetically); can't sync between computers easily (have to use a Dropbox hack); support discontinued, it seems; no updates in years, and probably going to be unusable in the next MacOS; CSV files it exports are worthless and it seems almost impossible to export data into a new program such as Quickbooks. I use it cause it still works but someday this will not and then it will be time to move to another product.
