It's ideal for freelancers and small business owners looking for a simple invoicing that has every feature you need, including quotes, credit notes, expense management and even time tracking. Pros Billbooks is easy to use. I work with clients abroad, so particularly like that one can issue invoices in different currencies. Cons No major issues. Some minor preferences: I'd rather have the Australian dollar represented as just '$' rather than 'A$'. Some more options on the units, which is currently only 'Qty' and 'Hours'. I also run a pet sitting business and charge per day, so a 'Day' unit would be nice, but I usually just type that into the 'Other' option. I was even able to import all of my data from a previous platform and it saved me a ton of time. Pros Billbooks has been my go-to invoicing and estimating platform for over 10 years. It is an integral part of running my business. As a freelancer, it's important that I can send and track invoices over time. It allows me to easily check payment status and send out reminders as needed. Cons I have not encountered much about Billbooks that I didn't like. Pros Clean user interface.. i liked the smart auto completes and the auto save features. they are also updating new modules every week.. thats good innovation upkeep. Cons not too much of a con but they can add more integrations with shopify, woocommerce, or zappier... and also more payment gateways.
