Overall it's a decent working solution and I recommend it, aside from the branding issue associated with the smaller plan.

Pros

Very stable solution, excellent features for service providers and decent price for what it offers.

Cons

I wanted to be able to have full control over the tool, it would be interesting if they removed the branding on the lowest single payment plan. I think it would add more value to the plan.

I am ecstatic! The support is incredible, and the software saves me a ton of time. Could not recommend more!

Pros

The support! Without a doubt the support. The software can be tricky, but the support has been able to to walk me through everything I have needed. On top of that, when my business needs required something different that the software was offering ; they wrote me a patch, for free. Literally within a couple of hours of explaining the problem I had a custom patch written, sent, installed, and the software was working EXACTLY how I wanted it. These folks are the best!

Cons

It's a little complicated with a bit of a learning curve. This really isn't a CON per say. It really is a PRO as you can set the software up to do exactly what you want. If you have a hard time doing that, all you need to do is reach out and they will have you set ASAP

Pros

It has the ability to import from WHMCS and save time and headaches for building out packages. Design is good and flexible too.

Cons

customizing the home/main area isn't user friendly and very limited on what can be done along with accepting javascript code

I am curruently using blesta for my needs and the longer i use the more amazing it gets the best part of blesta is its open source availability you can easily modified the files according to your needs making it an awesome product.
