Pros Very stable solution, excellent features for service providers and decent price for what it offers. Cons I wanted to be able to have full control over the tool, it would be interesting if they removed the branding on the lowest single payment plan. I think it would add more value to the plan. The support is incredible, and the software saves me a ton of time. Could not recommend more! Pros The support! Without a doubt the support. The software can be tricky, but the support has been able to to walk me through everything I have needed. On top of that, when my business needs required something different that the software was offering ; they wrote me a patch, for free. Literally within a couple of hours of explaining the problem I had a custom patch written, sent, installed, and the software was working EXACTLY how I wanted it. These folks are the best! Cons It's a little complicated with a bit of a learning curve. This really isn't a CON per say. It really is a PRO as you can set the software up to do exactly what you want.
