" February 1, 2018 5.0 Pros We sent out over 600 invoices monthly for recurring and one time charges. Bill and Pay sends the invoice to our customers from recurring templates set up in QuickBooks. The products works wonderfully. You can customize it to send payment reminders to your customers multiple times. It also allows customers their own portal to log in and pay AND to download their invoices! The man hours saved after switching to Bill and Pay is immeasurable and our customers are happier with the transparency! Cons No cons. The product AND customer are fantastic. This product is exactly what we needed and filled a hole for us in our accounts receivable process. Review Source TR Tim R. General Manager Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Bill & Pay makes invoicing and accepting credit cards for those invoices very easy!" January 19, 2018 5.0 Pros Bill & Pay is extremely easy to use. Integration with QuickBooks Online was as easy as logging in and pushing accept, the rest is taken care of. Adding your credit card processor is very easy as well. Having the ability to add your email server greatly increases the delivery rate of invoices plus it looks like it came directly from you. If for some reason the invoice is not being delivered there is a handy link provided that you can send. Being able to accept both credit cards and ACH patents is very helpful. Customer service is A+. They answer all support issues quickly and even made some small changes I requested that weren't available. The price is very reasonable and porportional to the number of payments you accept. I can not recommend Bill & Pay enough!! Cons the only con I can think of, and it is very rare, is that when there is a rare glitch you need to disconnect and reconnect to QuickBooks Online. It isn't hard to do but requires someone with QuickBooks app access authorization who isn't always around. Review Source VL VANESSA L. Pros I AM NOT SURE IF I REALLY LIKE THIS SOFTWARE. ITS CONFUSING AND NOT VERY HELPFUL WHATSOEVER. I HAVE TRIED TO USE THIS BUT IT RARELY GOES THROUGH. Cons CONFUSING, PMTS SOMETIMES ARE NOT MADE BUT THE MONEY IS OUT OF THE ACCOUNT. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HARD TO CONTACT. It doesn't have all the "features" of the competition, but it works great for what they do. At fraction of the cost of the big name providers, we were able to deliver an online payment and invoicing portal that our customers love. Cons The user interface is very dated and in need of a facelift and missing some of the basic MFA security options that are almost mandatory these days. Review Source MK Milena K. It reduces the paperwork and promotes efficiencies - especially for organizations with volunteers. The end user can see their activity and make payments at their convenience. CEO Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Ripped off" December 27, 2017 1.0 Pros The idea of what it is supposed to do. WE could not get this to work. We submitted support requests and finally cancelled it and no use bill.com which is much better and has better customer support.
