Our experience has been nothing short of outstanding. I would definitely recommend for any practice looking for value in software and customer service.

Pros

Trimed Complete has been an awesome tool for our practice. The software is user friendly and has allowed our billing team to work so much more efficiently. The reporting and billing tools are top notch, as well as patient communication tools. We have utilized both the collections modules and payment posting modules. The security of the platform is outstanding along with "one of a kind" customer support.

Cons

I really can not think of any "negative" feedback considering our wondeful experience thus far with both the software and the company.

The service is superb! They seem to understand workflows and how they impact our day to day operations. They always listen when we make a suggestion.

Cons

There is not anything I can really say I dislike. If there was one thing, I would have to say that it is there are updates to the system that I am not always aware are happening. Something changes and then an email comes with the information.

Pros

TriMed Complete is a very user friendly EHR. The ability to customize for our office is great. Custom Service and support at TriMed far exceeds our expectations.

Cons

There isn’t anything I don’t like about my experience with TriMed Complete. The software is always updated to increase functionality.

My overall experience with TriMed Complete has been excellent. It certainly is an EHR that is worth every penny. The system runs smoothly and aids our operations. And when issues arise, support is ready and available on the spot. The system just keeps getting better and better as I become more familiar with it and as the team at TriMed continues to improve upon what they have done.

Pros

What I liked most about TriMed Complete was its functionality and efficiency. While a pretty expansive and vast system, it is smooth to navigate once you become familiar with it. The templates are great, and so is the speed. Chart navigation is very smooth. The schedule feature with color codes for different statuses of visits is very helpful, especially at a cursory view. The widgets that are available are very helpful in terms of helping with workflow efficiency as well as maintaining compliance standards. The role-based access controls are helpful and keep things secure. Moreover, it is very helpful in terms of protecting revenue. The portal is very smooth for patient communications.

Cons

There are not very many things I do not like about TriMed Complete. Perhaps there could be smoother processes with adjusting scheduling slots. Sometimes there can be too many widgets and it can be overwhelming to navigate them all.

Pros

Customer service. Response time is quick. They work on issues quickly.

Cons

Anything that I don’t like they can usually fix. I don’t like that allergies is not visible at all times. You have to click on patient name to see this.

Pros

I have been using Trimed for over 5 years now, and it has been great! They are reliable and always willing to help whenever we have a question or offer a suggestion. I used a previous EMR system before this, and Trimed is a lot more user friendly. We are thankful for their support team who is always there to answer questions!

Cons

Everything works great for us, no cons!

I highly recommend Trimed Complete. They customize for your practice needs. They are constantly updating to make your job easier.

Pros

Their response time. I don't have to open a ticket and wait 24-48 hours to hear from someone. Someone helps you very quickly. If they can't fix the issue right then, they keep you posted on the status of the issue.

Cons

I miss the user conferences. Maybe they could set up Zoom. The Tuesday tips are very helpful, but I am more of a hands on face to face person.
