"Great EHR but practice management is cumbersome."

**Overall:** Overall it has been great with a bit of a learning curve in the beginning

**Pros:** The EHR is elegant, flexible, and easy to use.

**Cons:** The billing and practice management module is cumbersome and difficult.

"Trimed ACTUALLY cares"

**Pros:** Customer service. Response time is quick. They work on issues quickly.

**Cons:** Anything that I don’t like they can usually fix. I don’t like that allergies is not visible at all times. You have to click on patient name to see this.
