Comments: Keep pumping out great products!

Pros: These guys offer great tools at great pricess. Zoho reports is no different. 1. integrates with all your apps. 2. Beautiful visual charts 3. Couldn't be easier to generate reports

Cons: No cons what so ever. They're ahead of the curve as far as when they need to integrate with popular apps.

Pros: It is very easy to use and can create quite sophisticated reports given the ease and speed of use. It is also very affordable and can scale quite nicely while remaining affordable.

Cons: The requirement to store the reporting data on the Zoho servers can be a little cumbersome and may not be the most secure solution for storing sensitive data. It does what it is intended to do very well and the end results are easy to use for end users and are quite sophisticated however it is not particularly customizable and we have hit a brick wall with it a couple of times.

Overall: Low cost sophisticated reports that can be created, cloned and edited in rapid fashion. I have used many report writers, some much more powerful however none as easy to use and as cost effective.

Overall a good product, could include some more features and built in support

Pros: - Integrates with Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk - Fairly easy to use and navigate - Ability to email and embed reports

Cons: - Would be better if there was live chat support, this service is available with Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM - Cannot be embedded into SharePoint 2010 on Internet Explorer - works better with Chrome - Would be good if Zoho Reports could be added into Zoho CRM dashboard

Pros: That I can choose any sort of values I want to create a personalized report that I can use to reflect on the performance of our sales.

Cons: It took a long time to figure out how to set up line charts and graphs. Setting up the x and y axis was not intuitive.

Pros: I like how easy it is to take zoho and create a form for anyone to fill out and to do exactly what I want with it after that. We use zoho to create pdfs of forms people fill in to then add to trello and move forward with.

Cons: It is not as flashy or good looking as I would like. Honestly, this could just be me not knowing how to use it as well as others.

Overall: We can create forms for employees to fill out so we know we are gathering all the info we need before starting a task.

An easy to use and user-friendly business intelligence and analytics software.

Pros: It helps in creating resourceful reports within a minutes. As it is cloud based you can access it anywhere if you are online. Customizing the reports, mailing and sharing is pretty easy.

Cons: However, for the new user, it takes a little time to understand its usage. Technical support could be better.

Pros: For me, Zoho Reports it is essential a good table design, design tools capable of allowing reports and above all others that allow you to upload and update your data quickly and without excessive formalities and security. I recommend it to all of my colleagues and partners. Honestly, it's so good. It is easy to use, it is available to any type of business, and the ability to import Excel spreadsheets is relatively easy means that you can easily get data from any accounting system that you use, and into Zoho reports.

Cons: Support is great but it would be amazing if they offer help in different languages. The connection with Zoho Desk is only in one direction. It will be interesting the connection in both directions. It means, modifies data in Zoho report and synchronize in Zoho Desk

Pros: I like the functionality of the reports feature and the friendly use of them. It has allowed me to show my managers that we are making great progress when it comes to bring in more money, providing faster support resolution times to issues, increased communication for sales and support.

Cons: I currently do not have any cons in regards to Zoho Reports at this time. This feature is solid and I can only tell that it is improving by the day. Great Job!

Pros: -After a short learning period, it becomes fairly easy to use. I am teaching others on my team to use it now and while there are a few features I'd like to see implemented, it's working well for what we need it to do. -Report Sharing is a big plus for us -Scalable -Great tool for a Product Manager or Account Manager -Customer Support has been helpful and responsive

Cons: -Sharing reports between team members is a bit too cumbersome -Really wish there were more formatting capabilities in the Dashboards. Making good looking reports to hand over to clients in a PDF format is not very feasible. -Wish you could create user filters for each chart individually in a Dashboard -The person I spoke with during the pre-sale process was not helpful and gave me incorrect information

Pros: It connects directly to Project which is the main use case we have for it. We use Project to manage all of our on-going projects and to track customer support issues

Cons: The n-line help could be better. Not the easiest feature to find and the content is bare minimum depending on the topic.

Pros: Zoho reports has the ability to sync data from our private network using the upload tools that is reliable and effective. The user interface is simple and self explanatory, most user will be easy to get familiar with the system. Many possible use scenario with the ability to have custom formula.

Cons: No predefined function for some statistical analysis such as NPS, but can be overcome with adding custom formula.

Comments: If you're trying to find a BI Solution for a small company, this is what you want. In building our reports, we were able to pick up the phone and talk to a tech support person immediately to help us with SQL and other issues we had. The result was we were able to be up and running in just a few days. Compared to Tableau which wanted to charge us to build our reports and then required a per-user license fee - this software is super affordable and easy to get up and going with.

Pros: The software provides single page reports with a filtering capability across the top. This allow our clients the ability to use different filters and generate a custom report based on their individual needs without us having to build one for them.

Cons: The dashboard and data tables are not fully CSS compliant so they are not responsive in web pages. To get around this we set our page with to a static width, but that is not ideal for users on tablets and phones. Also, there is are no mapping options yet.

Comments: I am enjoying the general functionalities of this product and believe that with consistent use, I will be able to take advantage of the different functions it offers.

Pros: It is pretty intuitive - even users with little experience can learn how to use the software. There barrier to entry, cost-wise, is very low.

Cons: There are limitations when it comes to creating query tables. It doesn't automatically allow you to build query tables past the third level - which really limits your ability to go deeper in the data if you are needing to clean the data after it comes in. It also doesn't allow you to do a subquery.

Pros: The easy way to create reports, charts and dashboards that access your data and give you visualizations for great insights.
With a basic knowledge in database you can create your tables, import your data and start using it. Also, you can conect to your database and have it updated automatic.

Pros: Easy to use and intuitive to set up. Good visuals. Extremely useful support of SQL for our own custom reporting. Overall very happy with this tool - would give it 4.5 if that were possible.

Cons: Lots of built-in reports and I'd really want to hide them all as I don't use them and they distract me from the reports I built. Sharing isn't very intuitive. Sync only once daily automatically. No chat support like Zoho CRM. Zoho CRM support is amazing. Zoho Reports' support requires calling in so a lot less useful. SQL doesn't support analytical functions which is a shame.

Comments: Don't forget if you are looking to move to ZOHO or current user not using ONE, search for ZOHO ONE, I save a lot of money every month by using their bundle.

Pros: I know Fantabulous is not a word but I used it to show my excitement over ZOHO REPORTS, after using the system for 9 months, I just started using it and boy is it a great tool. I've been able to merge my data between Books and CRM to pull reports on invoices from Books and match the data in the CRM to show great reports.

Cons: I usually say support is the con on ZOHO products, but I called ZOHO because the information was not pulling correctly, and it was a programming error, after 3 days they found the issue and corrected it, now the data flows like a small creek after a heavy rainfall.

Zoho Reports is a good tool which requires a little bit of tweaking if you use their API.

Pros: It is a very easy crm to use. Comes with a free version to try and use and then move to the paid version. It is easy ti find things in the search and once you start typing all of the clients that you have already added to zoho start poppin up.

Connected across mobile, social media, email or in person. It is much better to use analytics and reports for particular metrics regarding your team's productivity and your clients' life cycle.

Cons: Features are very transactional. and bad integration to third party apps. Only Zoho apps work properly with this CRM.

Overall: Good CRM for companies with less marketing and more direct sales.

- Online support is email only. Although email responses are usually responded in a few days, I would ideally want online chat support.

Pros: - The variety of pre-defined common reports generally required on regular basis are readily available for new users.
- New reports can be created with little extra efforts.
- Existing reports can be easily modified on need basis.
- Features like report sharing, mail scheduling features are extremely useful.
- Space quota availability is good enough for bigger database.
- Level-1 customer support available on chat is quick and good.

Cons: - Number of users is limited for various slabs.
- Limitation on number of email addresses while scheduling reports is restricted which makes report sharing cumbersome with larger groups.
- Post level-1 customer support should be improvised for better turn around time.
- Initial training for new Zoho Reports' users should be more effective as all the potential users for Reports are mostly PM / middle mgmt members who may not be well aware of various technical aspects of exploring around this tool
- Main dashboard is little confusing due to combination of "User filters" on dashboard level as well as "User filters" on individual reports level. Needs improvement to align both the filters either by way of "Notification" etc. on individual report where filters are conflicting. This will avoid mismatch in data presentation.

Overall: - Easy to use
- Value for money with almost all features required on regular basis for PMs
- Scalable
- Easy report sharing

It's a great comprehensive tool with meaningful pre-defined reports for management

Pros: This software is very powerful. It generates some reports that we cannot do without. It allows you to automatically email reports to the team, which is very helpful.

Cons: It is ridiculously complicated to get what it seems like should be basic reports. It should be easier to customize reports with static information such as dates and titles. Some in-use pointers might be helpful... I try to make adjustments to reports and the entire thing disappears. I call to ask for help and get differing results, oftentimes though they simply tell me something cannot be done - this is for basic reports that should be simple.

Overall: We no longer have to hand compile reports based on our various databases, which saves so much time.

Been using Creator for a few years and bought Reports to expand my offerings to my clients

Pros: Simple to integrate with creator. Dashboard creator is very easy to use as well. I like being able to automatically generate dashboards.

Cons: Sometimes the tools are quirky and have unexplained behavior. Also I pay more for Creator and there are some built in analytics for my Creator data as well as published views. They are very minimal compared to Reports. It would be nice if all the Reports features could automatically be applied to Zoho Creator App data

Pros: The fact that I can schedule the reports and send them via email makes it great, I can also automate from which department name I want them to be sent.

Cons: The new platform version changed many things from the old one which made us lost many features, it looks more nice but there are somethings me and my team don't feel confortable with.

Pros: This is compatible with Zoho CRM which is awesome! I can easily whip up reports for every aspect of my job. I have customized reports that are sent on a weekly basis to different contractors and departments and I am really considering adding the entire Zoho Office to my small business in the future as we grow. Great customer service.

Cons: Sometimes it¿s hard to find the solution to a question. It¿s not always as easy as looking it up on google because of the fact that some parts of Zoho require coding. Customer service is readily available to help though, so that is sufficient for me.

Comments: Regardless of the edition you choose, the learning curve is a short, relatively gentle slope that nearly any user can quickly masterThe system also prompts the use of two-factor authentication (2FA) to increase security.

Pros: Zoho Reports is one app of many in an entire software suite of productivity tools and business apps. However, like most of the other apps in Zoho's portfolio, Zoho Reports is not dependent on the suite or any single element thereof; it works well as a standalone app.

Cons: Automated reports can easily become users' default. More advanced and complex queries can confuse beginners.

Pros: The ability for the software to pickup our custom fields - it has replaced the need for a full ERP system and is saving us tens of thousands of dollars annually. The company also keeps updating smaller items, even without me raising a feature request ticket, that makes it easier to use the software. My example: the embed report function was a little buggy and giving restricted access to a report I hosted on a zoho.sites.com site, but I wanted it to be unrestricted. They added a new edit table functions tab that allowed me to not only change this, but also gave me additional control options on how the information is reviewed, displayed, and exported.

Cons: There's an initial learning curve on how to build a report before you can jump in and see live numbers. Also, it would have been nice if I had done an initial demo or assisted launch. I just jumped right in and it took a few reports to get it right, but if you're savvy with software this should be a breeze.

Comments: Overall, an excellent value for the price.

Pros: ease of use, friendly interface, excellent customer support. Customer support via chat is always pretty efficient and complete. I rarely feel like my issues was not addressed in its entirety.

Cons: occasional lack of intuitive solution - not every solution can be found with just a few minutes of googling or experimentation., they require a chat with customer service. This is not unusual, but can be frustrating when working on a deadline.

Comments: My next goal is to set up direct API connectivity to my ERP software so I don't have to manually update my data.

Pros: Very powerful charts and graphs that are much easier to use than Excel. It's like a pivot table combined with a chart. I love the ability to dynamically change the charts just by turning data sets on and off in order to drill down and analyze individual data sets without having to create dozens of new charts.

Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve to working with the spreadsheets, charts and graphs to get them to present the data. But that is to be expected with such a powerful set of tools.

Pros: We can track everything we need to run our business with Zoho reports. It's easily updated and shared with our entire staff in multiple locations.

Cons: Sometimes our dollar signs turn into a weird latin symbol in our reports. It's sporadic. Not all reports and not on all computers. We just live with it.

Pros: The ease of use and of making reports. It's easy to channel and funnel data into reports. Overall great UI.

Cons: I don't like that it is rather slow in responding during certain operations. High ping times sometimes, but largely OK.

Pros: Zoho is easy to use and has a short learning curve. The staff in our office learned to use it in a very short time and the functions that we use it for is quite complicated. It has various features that make it easy to use and understand.

Cons: It quite often runs slowly. One day you will be doing one of the functions and the next day it won't work correctly, then the next day it might be working again. The reporting in the system doesn't seem to work correctly so we had to program a work around it which is somewhat cumbersome. We do our billing from this program and it is very awkward to print because you have to go into each invoice separately and print them individually. We have had to create other reports but Zoho limits it to 300 records so we had to divide the report up into three sections and print each section separately. I would say that the reporting is the worst feature. Also, occasionally Zoho will update something without informing us, this will often effect the functionality of the program.

Comments: Wish you could import all sections of online quickbooks not just a few. I am on the fence about keeping zoho because very few people use it because of the functionality and ease of use being poor.

Pros: Visuals are good, it is a good way to visualize your data. You can make whatever report you want which is a nice feature.

Cons: Very hard to use for people that are not data-savvy, the UX/UI is not the best, not pretty on the eyes. If it was a similar experience the quickbooks online has for their report building, it would be easier for my whole team to use.

Comments: Love Zoho Reports- not giving it up anytime soon!

Pros: When our company was selecting a new PM software one of the reason I chose Zoho Projects was because Zoho Reports integrated with seamlessly. Reports offered the info I wanted from Projects that other PM softwares couldn't offer. Other products had costly and complicated plugins- reports is cost effective and flexible

Cons: It took some time to learn how to customize my reports and get the data that I needed. Now that I know how Reports functions I can get any of the data I need. I love that I can make reports for our clients and they update automatically everyday. If I can't accomplish what I want the customer support is great! I would love to see chat support offered in the future. Just like with Zoho Projects, often I know Zoho Reports can do what I want it to, I just need help finding the function within the software. Chat makes it super simple in Projects- please add it to Reports!!

Comments: In theory, this product could be useful and do great things, but in execution, it's cumbersome, difficult to access and use, and doesn't provide as much possibility and flexibility as we'd like.

Pros: You can really manipulate the data and inputs in a lot of ways, which is great for tracking or seeing specific sets of data.

Cons: It is nearly impossible to set up with a team. If you have a company or team of people in Books and CRM, and one person initiates the Reports, everyone else is basically locked out, and it's very frustrating and difficult to reset the account and/or expand access, even with Customer Service help. Additionally, you can only look at and report on one input at a time (e.g. only Books or only CRM). You cannot combine the data from the two sources to cross reference fields which only exist in one and not the other (like margin), and custom fields aren't always available.

Pros: I have been using Zoho CRM for about a year now and have enjoyed it thoroughly. I have used a few other CRM tools over the years but I believe that Zoho is the easiest to use and the most organized. It may not be perfect (nothing is) but I would highly recommend.

Cons: There are technical issues every once in a while with updates to Zoho but usually fixed quickly and effectively

Pros: Zoho reports is a pretty good business intelligence tool. It is very user friendly. My favorite part about this software is that it has a very short implementation plan. You can set it up and implement in no time at all.

Cons: There needs to be a lot of training for the end user. I do though think once staff are used to this software they can either keep playing with the software to get really good at it, or stay stagnant and only do the basics.

Pros: It's so simple to setup and get started. We use this to chart out sample charts with customer data to show how information that flows in and out of our systems can be used by C-level staff. Instead of using an expensive tool for this, we found Zoho Reports and have been delighted with how easy it to setup and chart.

Cons: I honestly can't think of a single con, because I'm using the free version of the software and therefore don't have very high expectations.

Overall: Easy to use, simple web-based reporting/dashboarding/charting.

Comments: Customer support is awful. The company is based in India and getting someone to respond is a trial, let alone having a chat. It typically takes us 2-3 days to schedule a call when we need in-depth support (we are in the US).

Pros: Zoho Reports allow for really nice data visualizations with a lot of flexibility in presentation, type of graphic, etc. Downloading underlying data is also easy to do.

Cons: There could be some additional features making it easier to use, such as including data in the downloads that is not included in the visualization. When downloading data, ID numbers and keyword information isn't helpful, but if additional data was provided the user could get a much better idea of what they're looking at in order to use the data externally from Zoho. There's lots more that could be done to make it more flexible and increase functionality, but it serves our purposes.

Comments: Zoho Reports is used as the primary reporting tool for the projects at our consulting company. The team of more than 30 consultants use Zoho Projects to manage multiple projects for private and public sector. The interface between the two applications is seamless and stable, we also use extra Zoho Reports static tables (with non transactional data) and we plan to include connections to other data from our ERP.

Pros: We ended up to Zoho Projects and Zoho Reports, after a significant evaluation among several on-premise and cloud platforms. Cost, ease of use, licensing model, integrations with other Zoho (and external) applications, wealth of functionality and user interface, was our decision drivers. We like the distinction between standard and user filters.

Cons: A short of programmability would be great like conditional formating, hyperlinking.

Recommendations to other buyers: Definitely, Zoho Reports must be present in a reporting solution evaluation.

Cons: Lack of hands on training classes for admins.

Overall: I would prefer a hands on training class instead of having to read the admin guide which I dont believe is very user friendly. I tried to create a folder and tried to use the help menu and the first step was click the reports tab and step 2 in the reports home page click create report folder. There is NOT a create a report folder in this tab....while creating a report you have to go to the last step basic information and select a folder or create folder OR you can select a report and select move to folder drop down which has a create folder option. I had to call the support line to get this information as the guide was NOT accurate.

Pros: It integrates well with Zoho suite. The customer support for Zoho Reports is above average. Pricing for SMEs is in the affordable range for the functionality it provides

Cons: Customer support can improve. Also, the support teams between Zoho Books and Reports need to get used to each others' features since many a time we get bounced between the two teams before a workable solution to certain queries are found.

Comments: We use this app for our internal process dashboards. The flexibility has allowed us to emulate our process flow for 14 major milestones on ever project. Projects move from dashboard to dashboard, with different staff members handling different milestones. The only real complaints are a lag time in updating data of up to 3 hours, and some lack of flexibility. Customer service is amazing - excellent! They really want this to be a great product!

Pros: Customer service is the best! Overall, a fairly easy app to use.

Cons: Some flexibility is not available. Data updates delayed by up to 3 hours.

Recommendations to other buyers: Zoho should consider allowing data updates on a more frequent schedule during working hours. Right now, it updates at best every 3 hours. If we could update it 5 times during working hours, we could set a better schedule for us to use, and the total number of updates per day would not change. We do not need updates after 6:00 PM or before 6:00 AM.

Comments: I was hoping to see some specific data from the CRM with regard to the progression of leads in my sales process. I hired an expert programmer to help me customize it but it was too limited to see that data I'd hoped for. I was able to see pretty basic information pretty easily so if that's what you're looking for it will work well.

Pros: Integrates with Zoho CRM pretty flawlessly.

Cons: Limited on the data it can pull from CRM so limited in how specific of data you can see.

Recommendations to other buyers: Great if you're looking to pull basic information from your CRM.

Comments: We have been using Zoho Projects and Zoho Reports for over a year now and our experience has been nothing less than amazing. After searching around for a month, we decided on Zoho due to the great reviews, unbelievable features, and low cost. All I can say is, wow. The synergy between the various apps places them way ahead of the competition. You can waste your money on more costly solutions that deliver half the features that Zoho has, or you can give them a shot. There's not much to lose with a free trial. I can brag about Reports all day but it's best experienced.

Pros: Intuitive Design App Synergy Scale-ability Support Fast Rollout Cost

Cons: Would like to see a little more customization in Projects. Would like to see more tables integrated from Projects to Reports.

Comments: Zoho Reports is used as the primary reporting tool for the projects at our consulting company. The team of more than 30 consultants use Zoho Projects to manage multiple projects for private and public sector. The interface between the two applications is seamless and stable, we also use extra Zoho Reports static tables (with non transactional data) and we plan to include connections to other data from our ERP.

Pros: We ended up to Zoho Projects and Zoho Reports, after a significant evaluation among several on-premise and cloud platforms. Cost, ease of use, licensing model, integrations with other Zoho (and external) applications, wealth of functionality and user interface, was our decision drivers. We like the distinction between standard and user filters.

Cons: A short of programmability would be great like conditional formating, hyperlinking.

Recommendations to other buyers: Definitely, Zoho Reports must be present in a reporting solution evaluation.

Comments: I work for a Creative Agency and Production House in London. We use Zoho reports to analyse the performance of our pipeline across our divisions. The interface allows easy customisation of data and has been useful for predicting future work we expect to come in to the business.

Pros: The ease with which different data sets can be combined and manipulated through a combination of aggregate formulas and drag and drop design. The connectivity with other data apps is also useful.

Cons: It is disappointing that the Campaigns and Forecasting modules within Zoho CRM are not available in the Reports tool. It seems like these could be easily integrated to provide a bigger picture of sales performance.

Recommendations to other buyers: It takes a little bit of perseverance to find the right reports for your business but the effort is worth it.

Overall: I am using Zoho Reports plugin since past several months. It is good add-on to get additional required details for Zoho Projects. The project wise filters, user wise reports, milestone based data and so on are really good features. Time sheet data feature is the most popular and is found more useful for use. The filters can be customized as per needs and modified with desired options when needed is good feature. Exporting report in desired format is good and easy to use feature. The improvements needed are in-terms of auto synching of new added projects data capture. Users creation should have field to hold employee id.
Overall it is great experience using Zoho Projects and it is must to have along with Zoho Projects.

Comments: I work for a large healthcare organization and was tasked with developing a database that would track non-clinical work unit for faculty members within Pathology. I used Zoho Creator to develop the database and intended to use its report functionality but it came up short of what I needed it to do. So, I, along with a developer, turned to Zoho reports. Zoho reports solved my issue and I was able to create a dashboard that would update all metrics based on filters selected.

Pros: Dashboarding Ease of Use Linking to other Zoho Application i.e. Zoho Creator Automation - Scheduling of imports

Cons: Dashboard Layout - I wish there was more flexibility in designing the layout Help documents aren't as robust as I would like, but I guess that's why the forums are there.

Recommendations to other buyers: It is easier to use if you have some data analytics knowledge and coding. I had to learn on the fly, but once you get it, it's easy to use.

Comments: Zoho Reports is a very cost effective and complete dashboard. It is friendly and has good cloud connectivity. It still needs some improvements on some kind of reports or charts, It would be great if it can connect with Zoho Surveys (for example). But overall is recommended. Support responses are slow. At the beginning , in our trial we asked for lots of things but it took more than expected to get responses.

Comments: Zoho reports is an easy to use business intelligence tool. There are many integration options; we integrate Google Analytics, Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects as well as our custom ERP system. The recommend tables are often useful. Creating custom charts and tables, then organizing them into dashboards is where this software shines. For more advanced table creation it has a built in sql editor. The ability to publish links that are dynamically updated let's us view any report in Zoho CRM and our custo ERP.

Comments: For my business (real estate company), we use Zoho CRM on a daily basis and the following three Zoho Reports are critical to our monthly sales meetings: 1) Sales written for the month 2) sales becoming real for the month, 3) Sales paying out for the month With Zoho Reports, i can display this data in stunning graph format which shows an immediate picture of what our cash-flow situation is for all role players.

Pros: Access anywhere, great graphs, great support, nicely integrates with Zoho CRM

Cons: With the ZAR weakening against the Dollar, the cost of subcription has increased by 25% over the last few months. It would be great to get charged in ZAR which will then keep the price stable!

Query Builder is absent.

Overall: We use Zoho.Report integrated to Zoho.CRM, Google.Docs and other apps by API.
But not all tables of Zoho.CRM transferred to Zoho.Report. Support team can not explain the reason, just "not supported".
Good usability but a query builder is absent. And no in-line helper for SQL editor.

Comments: We use Zoho for HR administration, tracking leave and training which is so much better than using spreadsheets! Zoho Projects in conjunction with Reports has been a great way to track time and look at resource allocation which is very important for a small business. It's an easy product to use and the benefits are big.

Pros: Ease of use Cost effective You put in the data and get the kinds of reports that are useful to you

Cons: A more clear guide for use, I often have to google questions I have. I find the right answer but finding answers through the help modules can be onerous.

Recommendations to other buyers: Go for it! Really look at what you want to be able to drill down and see the data for and then build your reports however you wish.

Comments: I utilize Zoho Reports to provide dashboard reporting for our recruiting team that works out of Zoho recruit. I loved the fact that it automatically syncs with Zoho Recruit every 3 hours so management always has up to date information. You can create advanced queries, charts and graphs and display an array of data. You can also link to other data sources and integrate all the data into one report. I would defiantly recommend this product to small business looking for live dashboard functionality.

Pros: Dashboard Reporting Automated Subscriptions Data Sync with other Zoho Apps

Cons: It would be nice to be able to directly sync data with a sql server. You currently have to download an application to your computer and use that to send data to Zoho Reports. A web service integration would be great.

Comments: We tried using Zoho reports to get better insights into our project resources. We found it to be incredibly frustrating to use, nearly impossible to get help from tech support, and in general, the way the pricing is presented is very misleading regarding how the setup would be managed. Overall I would never recommend Zoho reports as an add on to Projects. We are using Projects just fine without all of those extras.

Pros: Didn't really see any - way too hard to use and tech support only give you links to their self-help center, they refuse to actually write out a thought out response to your question, so overall we couldn't even really use it enough to establish any pros.

Cons: Every single aspect of it, from pricing to the features to setup and ease of use. Nothing about Reports was helpful. Technical support is really killing my satisfaction with your products. Any time I run into an issue, I contact tech support and get a link to the self help knowledge base back. I realize you would like to automate as much of your technical inquiries as possible, but this is really poor customer service and has led to great dissatisfaction overall with Zoho.

Pros: You get all the information ready to analyze every day

Cons: Not all the information from Zoho modules are in reports.

Examples:
- in books, reporting tags are not related to items
- in CRM, you need to elaborate relationships between potentials and activities to have a perfect relation, otherwise you cant really report all activities related to potentials
- THERE IS NO RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MODULES IN REPORTS

Overall: I use reports to generate detailed information about my Zoho CRM, Projects and Books, in general its a very good tool, but there are some limitations that don't make my job easy.

Recommendations to other buyers: I believe that it its all Zoho, you should offer ALL the same info in reports that you get on the module. I would like you to work in the interaction between modules like, Books with Projects and CRM is very limited

Cons: When live chatting with support sometimes I do not receive the answer to my question. I then start a new live chat with a different individual and they are able to provide the answer right away.

Overall: I love how easy to use Zoho reports is for creating dashboards within our CRM. When I first started with Zoho reports I loved the introductory video! By watching the video a few times I was able to teach myself on the product and implement new dashboards into our CRM.
