Reports is a very robust and comprehensive tool. I'm sure a lot can be done with it. I usually need to have my reseller help me as I find the learning curve is quite steep. If I could learn how to use it better I would get more use out of it. This type of software I feel is crucial for any business. Tutor Doctor is a leading in-home tutoring franchise in 15 countries. If the user who builds a reports breaks something it doesn't affect any of our DBs or systems. so its risk free. We use a lot of the embedded charts that can easily be dropped into web pages. Might buy this software to implement permanently. Pros Super easy to use this software. It's pretty much a "drag and drop" system where you can drag and drop receipts to be uploaded for reimbursement. I'm using this on a trial basis and don't really have any complaints. Pros The ability to create variety of charts and tables and using appropriate color coordination to make them stand apart. Dynamic functionality is very good as well. Access with/without login is a plus. Cons Inability to integrate with a variety of platforms. Some features like dates filter - Today, This week doesn't work. Maps do not show exact number of ppl using our website. Social Media options are very limited in terms of filtering the kind of data we need. Hashtags don't work. Analytics integration gets confusing if there are more than two websites integrated. It is not very user friendly to find the data we need to create relevant charts and often get mixed up. Support is a bit ambiguous and in a hurry to disconnect the call. Also, the support teams between Zoho Books and Reports need to get used to each others' features since many a time we get bounced between the two teams before a workable solution to certain queries are found. There barrier to entry, cost-wise, is very low. Cons There are limitations when it comes to creating query tables. It doesn't automatically allow you to build query tables past the third level - which really limits your ability to go deeper in the data if you are needing to clean the data after it comes in. Compared to like software programs this seems to be a bit cheaper to purchase. Pros The key to Zoho and others is getting in and seeing all you can do; it also allows customizing to fit any business needs, and a user can personalize their theme. I like a quick tutorial, especially if there is a new function or learning how to do something quickly. Cons Con from what I noticed was, the subscription seems to be per user. It would probably be beneficial if it were per group. Also, I did not see a tutorial. Maybe someone else who selected Zoho noticed a tutorial. Review Source AK Alexander K. But not all tables of Zoho.CRM transferred to Zoho.Report. Support team can not explain the reason, just "not supported". Good usability but a query builder is absent. And no in-line helper for SQL editor. Pros Easy to use and start out of the box. Google docs Integration. Data transfer scheduler. Zoho apps integration. Cons 3 levels of sql requests only. Execution time limits. Not all tables of Zoho.CRM exported to Zoho.Report. Why? Support team answer: "The function is not supported" But WHY? Pros I love the dashboards and the visual representation of the data we have. Being able to drill in to the data from the charts is also great. Cons It is taking me forever to set up because I am not fluent in how to make the graphs look and present the data I want to see.
