Cons The free plan is limited for sharing the dashboard but it's sufficient for small business. And the layout of the report is also simple and not much to choose. Pros I like how easy it is to take zoho and create a form for anyone to fill out and to do exactly what I want with it after that. We use zoho to create pdfs of forms people fill in to then add to trello and move forward with. Cons It is not as flashy or good looking as I would like. Honestly, this could just be me not knowing how to use it as well as others.
