It is friendly and has good cloud connectivity. It still needs some improvements on some kind of reports or charts, It would be great if it can connect with Zoho Surveys (for example). Pros Access anywhere, great graphs, great support, nicely integrates with Zoho CRM Cons With the ZAR weakening against the Dollar, the cost of subcription has increased by 25% over the last few months. It's well designed, nicely priced and does a great job of bringing enterprise-grade analytics to businesses of any size. Cons Sometimes it's hard to find the solution to a question. Cons Features are kind of buggy frequently - macros. In addition, customer support is hard to deal with. One main frustration point for me was the way e-mails are handled, kind of slow and clunky. The reports have always been functional. Pros Zoho Reports is great! You can pull any data needed and manipulate the reports to your liking. The criteria is easy enough to follow along with and the report is generated in seconds. Pros It's so simple to setup and get started. We use this to chart out sample charts with customer data to show how information that flows in and out of our systems can be used by C-level staff. Instead of using an expensive tool for this, we found Zoho Reports and have been delighted with how easy it to setup and chart. Cons Accessibility between other tools. The jumping between reports and projects is not ideal. Having the report menu just show up in the project menu would be more beneficial. I am a small firm with many projects I need to manage. The shareholders need to frequent reports on progress and the reports are just too complex! Pros That it works with Zoho projects.
