Zoho reports replace 7 reports done with excel. We saved about 15 hours each week in employees time, not counting all the errors that were introduced in the old reports.

Pros

Zoho reports has a great reporting interface after you work through the integration difficulties. The support team at Zoho has been responsive.

Cons

Zoho Reports is not cloud friendly. Whitelisting IP addresses in an AWS or Azure environment is a pain.

Cons

It becomes too cumbersome if you don't use the product guide, but once you are through with features, you will get use to the product.

It is very user friendly. the best part about this application is that it has a very short implementation plan. You can set it up and implement in no time at all. also an extra point is that this is a web based solution.

You can't beat the price and for a sole proprietor who was starting a new business, I wasn't ready to invest in a pricey platform.

Cons

Its functionality. While the platform is certainly "usable", it's not the ideal design.

Pros

That I can choose any sort of values I want to create a personalized report that I can use to reflect on the performance of our sales.

Cons

It took a long time to figure out how to set up line charts and graphs. Setting up the x and y axis was not intuitive.
