It has saved time and improved tracking costs which has directly helped cut costs and save money where possible. Pros Procurify is easy to use and learn, it has many independent features that streamline requests through to invoicing. The approval routing ensures security, nothing slips through and is purchased without being approved. It is updated and improved regularly, continuing to listen to customers and improve features based on feedback. Cons There are some features that don't work as efficiently as they could. When cancelling an order, these then re-appear in the procurement section and can potentially be re-order even after they are cancelled. I would give Procurify 5/5 stars Pros Procurify has an amazing user interface and is very easy to maneuver and it’s function are easy to use. The customer support is always friend and eager to help. The performance and speed is quite fast and never lagging or loading screens. It helps me track my expenses in a very easy way to understand. I feel as tho my information is secure in the portal. Cons Sometimes jumping between the portal and catalogues or external applications that are communicating with Procurify systems can be a little tricky, sometimes it will log you out if you are in the external programs too long. It’s very helpful to hi back and look at my previous purchases so accessible. Cons Multiple item purchases can be a little lengthy for the purchaser and the person completing the request. The site is very easy to maneuver through. Each section seems to work flawlessly. Pros How easily the site is to maneuver through. I'm able to navigate through each section very smoothly. Cons I have no complaints. Everything works as I expect it to. I would certainly recommend this to everyone. It is not something I dread having to do. I can get all of my purchase orders finished relatively fast. Pros It is self explanatory and easy to use. It is efficient and takes very little of my time. It is easy to look up old purchase history as well. Cons I am satisfied with the system. I like the fact that messages can be sent directly through procurify.
