The software does not perform as expected but they are trying to hold us to a 5-year commitment. Their solution is to create workarounds which will require us to hire more people when our goal was increased efficiency. We are a nonprofit and they want us to take money away from providing free training and assistance to people with obstacle to employment to pay them for software we are not even using. Pros The software might be OK for a small company but for one with multiple locations it is not a workable solution. Cons We are losing capabilities we had with software we acquired 10 years ago that we thought were basic. It also costs 50% more than our existing. It has saved time and improved tracking costs which has directly helped cut costs and save money where possible. Pros Procurify is easy to use and learn, it has many independent features that streamline requests through to invoicing. The approval routing ensures security, nothing slips through and is purchased without being approved. It is updated and improved regularly, continuing to listen to customers and improve features based on feedback. Cons There are some features that don't work as efficiently as they could. When cancelling an order, these then re-appear in the procurement section and can potentially be re-order even after they are cancelled.
