Pros: Procurify is a user-friendly, cloud-based system which allows a company unfamiliar with the procurement process to order inventory with ease.

Cons: Set up for standard business models, Procurify is a little more difficult to work with on a different business platform.

Pros: It's potential it's great for stock taking and sending to other departments of your company that you may not have even recognized before.

Cons: It's not customizable enough. I'd like to embed my company logo while in the field, plus add suppliers as well.

Pros: It does exactly what I need it to do, handle purchasing requests from my dept. heads, maintain a product catalog of commonly purchased items, creating and emailing PO's to my vendors, then receiving goods and reconciling them against the original PO and calling up the PO to compare it against the final vendor invoice..

Cons: There are a few minor annoyances like not being able to add line items to a PO after it has been created. But those are being fixed by the developer and they are not a big deal.

It is a simple and user friendly software that improves the generation of a purchase order.

Pros: It is a very efficient software tool in relation to time sensitive activities. It creates a creates a paperless trail from requesting a purchase order to receiving goods. The e-mail function of Procurify allows multiple vendors (Tier 1 etc) to be notified of the activities that are required and the associated Purchase order to complete such activities.

Cons: Notified by e-mail the procurement of items/products from different users of Procurify that has no bearing on the department that I work within.

Overall: Cost effective and reduces the waiting time from approval of Purchase order to time goods are received.

Pros: Ease of use; cloud-based; very affordable; excellent customer service.

Cons: Lacks certain functions/features; does not contain a very robust reporting feature.

Overall: I am the administrator and primary contact for our Procurify build and have had a great experience with their service and support team. The product, while somewhat limited, is also a tremendous value at its price.

Recommendations to other buyers: Being as it is a new product, I believe it will improve over time as the staff is welcoming to new ideas and have even implemented some crowd-sourced features.

Cons: Nothing negative to say - only been a positive experience.

Pros: It is visually pleasing and easy to see everything you are looking for or need to click into.

Cons: Understanding actual flow or who can do what and request what at what price.

Overall: I've personally enjoyed using it. It is visually user friendly and easy to use in general. Like most ordering and requests it takes a little time to fill-out, but once you get the hang of it, it is plugging and chugging.

Recommendations to other buyers: Being able to help each user understand that Procurify does have a work flow just like every other thing or department in a work place, and this software shows that.

Pros: Cloud based. UX design is good. Quick to put things in. I often can't find past expense and invoices.

Cons: Too many menus.

Overall: It's been really good so far. I find the menus on the left a little confusing. There are many choices.

Pros: Mobility, simple layouts, and ease of use.

Overall: To this point, my experience has been excellent. Procurify's team is on point when I have any issues or questions. Furthermore, they've even had their development team incorporate changes to their software on suggestions coming from myself and my team.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you don't have a PO process in place, seriously consider obtaining Procurify.

Pros: I love the ability to easily track and audit any expense or procurement that occurred within the organization in one place.

Cons: There are some missing printing controllers that are needed in the software. This would allow us to print needed information for auditors.

Overall: I have been the project manager for the Procurify roll out. It has been a up and down process but Carol has ensured that we have been able to address any concerns that have come up through the process.

Recommendations to other buyers: Keep evolving the product. When in development make new features able to be turned on in the settings instead of being global. This is based on the needs of the customer.

Pros: The ease of on the go ordering is a plus. I am able to place orders anywhere at anytime. The majority of my vendors are on Pacific time and I am on Eastern time. Procurify has allowed me to place PO's after my work day is done, allowing me to get orders placed before the next business day.

Cons: I am not able to get the accounting aspect to fit my needs. Every company I work with has different terms for payment. I was really hoping Procurify would allow for me to set the payment options when I am creating the PO and automatically set to a calendar what is due and how much.

Overall: As a subscription company, finding a cloud based system to meet our needs was not easy. Procurify has the flexibility to work from a Corporate buyers standpoint as well as fulfilling our day to day procurement needs.

Pros: iOS app is spectacular

Cons: Notifications re: comments are not good at all. Most people aren't aware a comment has been made

Overall: I run IT for our company (approximately 900 people worldwide) and have all technology purchase approcal authority - the iOS Procurify app means I'm never the hold up on the purchasing process

-Dashbord is quick and easy to read
-We really appreciate the comprehensive platform as well as the simplistic design on the site and purchase orders that we send out.
-Every time we have a question, we know its not a huge hassle to ask or receive a quick reply.

Cons: -We have though it would be helpful to have a place to hold an order, in the Request: Order tab,if you are not ready to submit it yet. Or you need to do more research and would like to see the total cost of materials before sending it for approval.

Overall: -We started using this program a few months ago and it organized and streamlined our ordering process immensely. The fact that we are able to go back to our previous purchase orders, that are all uniform and not just a mass of emails, is fantastic and has become necessity.

Recommendations to other buyers: -There was one time I sent an email to a vendor right from the generated PO on Procurify, however there was no evidence that I sent anything to the vendor at all. It made me a bit nervous that the recipient may not receive the email even though I followed up and they had. This was when we were still getting used to the software and I have not tried it since. I would suggest an email tab that shows what PO was sent to who and at what time even if the actual email is not kept a "Recent Email Activity" list would be helpful where the PO could be accessed as well.

Cons: It's a bit expensive considering "Signing Privilege User" don't do much in the system compared to the "Requestor" but are billed at $60 more.

Overall: I been using Procurify for the 6 months now, it's been extremely easy to deploy and train staff. However there are areas of concerns that need to be addressed. Firstly being filters for searching for old Purchase Orders/Requests. If information is entered in, there should be away we can lookup old records using any field. Example : vendor, department, dates.
Secondly exporting Purchase Orders in a particular format that we would like to print. Current format is good for online use, but when printed takes up too many pages.

Recommendations to other buyers: International vendors have to wait for a response from customer care, but that's not because they don't reply in time, it's because we are on a different time line.

* Ability to store related documents (quotes, invoices) with the purchase orders.
* Comment fields for order tracking and delivery updates.

* Granular level of permissions access.

Cons: * Search has improved, But there is still no way to find orders based on budget codes.
* Reporting is lacking. Instead, I must download a data extract and use a BI reporting tool to supplement.
* Lacks the ability to customize display grids for add/remove/change column fields

Overall: Subscribed to the service as a way to issue purchase orders and track departmental capx and opex expenditures. Used for procurement tracking only as accounting has their own accounts payable / receivables system for formalized payments.

Overall: The implementation was smooth & the support continues to be great! It has made our procurement process so much easier.

Pros: Great interface, decent iPhone app, does simply order tracking and PO creation and change log management

Cons: Reports are not usable or useful. Searching through PO and order data is not present. Filtering is mediocre, and using as a means to purchase construction project goods and services is very difficult.

Overall: We use this product as a distributor, not for internal purchasing which is what the product is designed for. It is somewhat difficult to enter clients and multiple jobs to incur costs against. We've found ways to make it work through working with Procurify support, but it isn't what it is meant to be used for.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's core purpose of creating and approving order request s and POs is very good. Extended value through reporting and data analysis is not there, and serving a re-seller or distributor is not how it is built.

Cons: I wish there was a way that when PO's printed, each item showed the account code that it was tied to. Would help our accounting people who how to expense everything without them having to log into the system. They would see it on the paper.

Overall: Very easy setup. Good customer service support. No complaints. I have worked with Buy Efficient, Birch Street and Adaco in the past and I like that Procurify is 'smaller' and easier to deal with.

Pros: Everything is now electronic.

Cons: We see the whole company's orders and PO's. I have to do a search to filter the ones I am involved with.

Pros: Very simple and efficient to use. Speeds invoicing up for me and allows me to accurately track my expenses.

Cons: The only con i have is the wait for automatic monthly invoicing and the ability to email invoices to the system.

Overall: The product is extremely easy to setup and use. On the odd question or two I've had, support has been top notch. They are fast and responsive. I highly recommend.

Pros: This systems helps me keep up with my spending so that I am always in compliance with my allotted budget.

Cons: Training is for sure a requirement, otherwise you would be completely lost with this program

Overall: No complaints, easy to navigate once properly trained. I love this product and have no actual complaints.

Recommendations to other buyers: It would be great if we could tab through the entire process verses having to utilize the mouse for certain icons (ie. preferred vendor has to be typed in)

Pros: I am able to order per customer and by project by adapting to Department and Account Code to my needs.

Cons: The Reports and exporting is not at all user friendly and is hard to get data from. The user should be able to plug exactly the data they need and receive the report. Right now you can only run reports that cannot be manipulated but the user.

Overall: I use this software to track all my business expenses and client materials expenses. I submit orders and run reports to get all financials for the projects.

Recommendations to other buyers: Please fix the reports and exporting ability. it would drastically increase the value of the software.

Pros: Procurify provided the best option for our organization. Great service and professionalism from the first demonstration through setup, training, support, changes and billing.

Cons: Paying for it. Wouldn't it be great if good things were free? The price structure at the approver level seems fair. We have many requestors and given the unique structure of our managers and supervisors, so that we can get our resources quickly and efficiently. This means that we need many people to have this function which adds to the per user software costs.

Recommendations to other buyers: We use Sharepoint for many functions and could have setup and managed our own PO system. By choosing Procurify, we ensured that the setup costs, training and integration were covered.

Pros: Being a local, NJ-based, 501c3 organization, we were in need of an easy, streamline yet effective procurement. After quite a bit of searching, one tends to find tools which either are over-complicated or over-priced. Procurify and Procuritylite are both amazing platforms and perfect for our needs; easy to use, easy to implement, transparent and really help with the procurement process, particularly for a local grass-roots organization like our own. As the organization President, we particular appreciate the ability to easy manage expense items and the approval process. We are so impressed by the platform that we've recommended this to our parent organization. Well done.

Cons: However, the platform itself is only matched by a staff who are always accessible, friendly and resourceful.

Comments: Very simply, Procurify filled a unique niche that I could not find others to fill. As our firm is currently experiencing hyper-growth, we're trying to build a solid foundation of good business practices on which to grow -- with procurement and purchase orders being an operational cornerstone of that. As a firm, we've taken a firm stance on lean technology infrastructure. Procurify was a clear choice for us given both the cloud/SAAS model, ease of setup and the fact that it provided a procurement workflow for us to test and build on. So far, it's worked amazingly.

Access to customer support team is amazing. Standardized workflows are easy and intuitive. Easy to edit and customize forms Open to feedback and feature suggestions e-Catalog function is super convenient.

There are parts of the system we don't use yet, and it's a little hard to work around those, but we're finding them more useful as we use it more and home in on the right process.

Pros: We needed something simple to help organize our purchasing, and this was the best solution we found at an affordable price point. The best thing about this product and vendor is the ease of setup and use, as well as how they helped us throughout the entire process. It was much easier to complete than we imagined.

Cons: The only thing I would want to see is an iPad version of the mobile app.

Recommendations to other buyers: Definitely contact them to help you set up the product and walk you through the features. It made the biggest impact on us, as we thought using a purchasing management software would take a long time to understand and setup.

Pros: Their user interface is the most beautiful, easy to use solution compared to other procurement/purchasing systems. Customer service, implementation, training, and price provide the most value as they cost 10 times less but have a better overall product.

Cons: Lack of functionality compared to big, legacy systems.

Recommendations to other buyers: See how your employees like the software. If they enjoy it, then you have something that is lacking with every other system out there: a good user experience.

Comments: I was in charge of upgrading our systems to easily track the projects we were working on and send professional P.O. to our clients. My requirements were accessibility, stability, ease of use, and cutting down on software implementation costs.

Not everyone needs full-fledged, bloated ERP software. Many small to medium enterprises like ours do not need to track volumes of inventory or process payroll. Online procurement services like Procurify create purchase orders, make invoices, provide collaboration tools and track expenses easily online or via a mobile device.

After a short pilot period, we implemented their software which was straightforward and simple. It has made our purchase order creation easier and the managers happier to use their smartphones to track spending.

Comments: Our company is involved with the wholesale, distribution and manufacturing of glassware. We typically don't rely on technology but Procurify has helped to manage company spending. We moved from having to write out all our orders in books to being able to move everything over to procurify. We can now rely on a computer to do the heavy lifting.
