Not bad, not great. The approval process worked, which was good for control purposes, but was a nightmare from an IT perspective as we were never really sure if it was working properly. Pros The team was very kind, helped out when they could. The platform was nice to look at. Cons The lack of flexibility in the software to meet our needs. There were many issues with the POs synching over to NetSuite, our financial reporting system, and we ended up just having to manually create the POs ourselves. Review Source Maddie T. Virtual knowledge has made my life easier and more organized. As a result of our feedback, Procurify was able to make a few changes that improved our experience with their platform. Pros Reordering a product and setting it up to be a recurrent order is convenient for me. The requester, the item's name, and other identifiers make it simple to follow the progress of an order. A prior order can be found in a variety of ways. It's great that we were able to implement some adjustments that improved our output. Cons In my opinion, it would be fantastic if Procurify could add a back-editing tool. The current process of having to replicate and edit data if you make a mistake is time consuming. It is a very easy software to use and does an amazing job. I would give Procurify 5/5 stars Pros Procurify has an amazing user interface and is very easy to maneuver and it’s function are easy to use. The customer support is always friend and eager to help. The performance and speed is quite fast and never lagging or loading screens. It helps me track my expenses in a very easy way to understand. I feel as tho my information is secure in the portal. Cons Sometimes jumping between the portal and catalogues or external applications that are communicating with Procurify systems can be a little tricky, sometimes it will log you out if you are in the external programs too long. The ease of creating PO's and pulling reports to compare cost is vital for our company. The customer service has been top notch and they are always responsive to any questions or needs we may have. Cons I wish some of the categories and reports were a bit more customizable as not all companies are the same. It would also be nice to be able to chronologically organize a PO. When a new item is uploaded and added to an order it automatically is added to the bottom. When you are booking a 5 day event we would like to be able to move that to the correct date. Easy transition, better system opposed to the paper requisitions and not much accountability with receipt of material, etc. It's really nice to have the request, approval rules, receiving, accounting, etc. all in one! Our transition Company Wide was really impressive, and we continue to get better each day with all of the functions and capabilities within. Pros The software came with an abundance of support. Liftoff training modules for all users, providing training in all roles/functions within. Customer Support was great as we transitioned and went live with the system, and continuously checks in to see if we need anything. The system is user friendly, really self-explanatory with the use and options within. Cons Personal Preference--I wish Procurify had the capability to track inventory. So the process would start from the order request and go all the way down to internally checking the item out of inventory upon usage, so then all inventory was accounted for. We're looking at an inventory control system but it would be nice to have all systems in ONE. Reason for choosing Procurify I didn't take part in that process. This is my personal opinion and should have no bearing or affect on the Corporation that employs me. I've used alternate products/systems in the past (SAP and IQMS) personally speaking, Procurify is much better and easier to learn, etc. There's a customer support team that is really great and informative as where my past experiences I had to be self-taught with no support! So many end users have complimented the system and how easy it is to use. I think the biggest question that comes up is "is that it...?" as users are not used to something this easy to use. Pros The ease of use, the straightforwardness of the platform, the sleekness and the customer support. Cons Right now, the way it integrates will NetSuite is not the smoothest (e.g. data syncing). There are also some random features/settings that would be nice to edit that we do not have the ability to edit.
