Pros We've been using Procurify for nearly 5 years now, can it has completely transformed the way our organization manages purchasing and spend control. What was once a tedious and error-prone process has now become smooth, transparent, and incredibly efficient. Procurify's intuitive design is one of its standout features. The platform is incredibly easy to navigate and training new staff is quick and straightforward. Cons I have yet to find a con that hasn't previously been addressed in one way or another. It is not something I dread having to do. I can get all of my purchase orders finished relatively fast. Pros It is self explanatory and easy to use. It is efficient and takes very little of my time. WHERE THEY APPROVE THE PROCESS FOR ORDERING. Pros I USE PROCURIFY DAILY AND RELY HEAVILY ON THE SEARCH FUNCTION. BEING ABLE TO COPY AND PASTE ACROSS MULTIPLE PROGRAMS IS A TIME SAVING FUNCTION. Pros Its a great Invoice management, very easy to search for any invoice on file or PO's that have been requested. Cons Theres not much i can say what least i liked about procuracy, Only wished PO would process faster or have Pre-made ones made to give out to Vendors when needed them ASAP. They are always updating and improving their features. I feel like they listen to their customers. Pros The customer service and help desk after hours was very helpful when I would work late at night. They got back to me right away and was able to help me solve my issues. Cons I do not like that tax and shipping cannot be subtracted from the budget. I mostly use it for approving purchase orders and being able to use the mobile app to do so on the go make it very user friendly. Pros Procurify is very easy to use. Using the program or the mobile app to review and approve purchase orders is very easy Cons I really haven't found any cons with Procurify. Not bad, not great. The approval process worked, which was good for control purposes, but was a nightmare from an IT perspective as we were never really sure if it was working properly. Pros The team was very kind, helped out when they could. The platform was nice to look at. Cons The lack of flexibility in the software to meet our needs. There were many issues with the POs synching over to NetSuite, our financial reporting system, and we ended up just having to manually create the POs ourselves. Review Source LT Lucia T. The ease of creating PO's and pulling reports to compare cost is vital for our company. The customer service has been top notch and they are always responsive to any questions or needs we may have. Cons I wish some of the categories and reports were a bit more customizable as not all companies are the same. It would also be nice to be able to chronologically organize a PO. When a new item is uploaded and added to an order it automatically is added to the bottom. When you are booking a 5 day event we would like to be able to move that to the correct date. May 6, 2024 5.0 The support and customer service staff at Procurify are all fantastic. If I contact support with an issue, they are quick to respond. I am also impressed that some of my suggestions have been implemented. Pros We went from a 24 person office to 52 employees spread across multiple communities in the Atlantic provinces. This assists in purchasing for each location while ensuring we are following our policies and procedures. Cons There are certain things with HST and expense claims that I feel could be improved. The payables function works quite well. Cons We have had a few tiny issues, mainly revolving around not being able to fully customize the purchase order how we'd like.
