Its just a shame the actions can't be viewed by all persons. Pros Nothing particularly stands out but it has everything needed to do the job, i just wish photos, and evidence, etc weren't that hard to complete. Having other users being able to view, edit and adjust would make the software more user friendly. Cons Its one giant scroll sheet. Sections should be like a save in progress section rather than one big document.
