I started with Groomsoft almost 10 years ago and have loved it from the start. \[sensitive content hidden\] are always open to suggestions to make our groom day smoother.

Pros

Immediate response! Most helpful to have a real person cheerfully guide one through questions and needs.

Cons

Haven't yet run to anything I haven't found Germaine to my business operations.

I really like the easy way you can use the software and the flexibility of access you can log in on your mobile device or on your desk computer.

It was somewhat puzzling when I first started using the program. Where I thought the answers would be, was not correct. A phone call cleared up my problems. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. went and is going beyond what was expected of a Grooming software support person would do. He fixed my formatting problem with my receipt printer, and now is importing my data into the software. Very impressive!

Pros

The components are what we need. I took a little while to get used to the layout, but it does make sense now.

Cons

Haven't found anything yet.

I am very happy with Groomsoft. It has taken me about 5 years to try out others, including that one which seems to be number one. The customer service is great and really helpful. It is cheaper than others but I have the most basic one and it ticks almost all my needs.

Pros

It looks good and has many features needed for a dog groomer. Bookings, mailings and spots to put in photos, documents, tick the boxes where vaccinations belong. It also reminds yourself and your clients if the vaccinations are going out of date. Very helpful indeed. Customer service is great and speedy! They respond to emails and facebook comments too. Reminders are sent out automatically which is great.

Cons

There are a few things missing that is a wee bug bear. No link to facebook bookings or google calendar, nor is there an android app. We get around the app issue by keeping a shortcut of the webpage, but it's not easy to navigate around. I still use either FB or Google calendar to book if I am away from my pc, so some bridge between these and Groomsoft would help. I also wish there was an inventory spot.

It was cheaper and had most of what I needed and wanted.
