Value for Money

Pros: It was a great product and worked good when we first signed up with CarResearch. The email marketing campaigns were easy to set up.

Cons: The software seems more outdated than other CRM's out there. There were some limitations on what could be done inside the software.

Went through 3 reps in 2 years. Reavtive CRM not Pro Active.

Pros: my current Rep has been amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone. My rep before was great as well.

Cons: Do not think a reactive CRM is the answer for todays digital world we live in. Need to build more features to promote being Proactive. When I first starting using this software I could not believe it made you lie to it to get to a screen where you could change things. This is why I asked for an RBF edit feature. They made that happen then and I give them credit for that, and it looks like it is built into there software everywhere now. Now I have canceled this product and it has been at least 3 WEEKS SINCE I HAVE ASKED FOR A DATA EXTRACTION FOR BOTH MY STORES AND HAVE NOT GOT IT YET. THIS TASK SHOULD TAKE AT BEST 3 DAYS. SO BE AWARE IF YOU CANCEL THIS PRODUCT THEY ARE SUDDENLY VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH. NOT A GOOD WAY TO END A LONG RELATIONSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Comments: I'll start by saying that this CRM has a lot of robust features, and can do a lot of things. However, it is overkill. Car-Research treats the customer record and each customer event as a separate entity which creates mass confusion for all sales people as well as any manager who hasn't spent at least 500 hrs studying all of the nuances in the system. They system at its core is just too complicated, and simply not user friendly.

Comments: This is by far the worst CRM i've had the misfortune of using. No much-needed security features such as being able to see who edits customer information. Anyone who has admin rights can delete notes and edit a file with no trace of their activities, which is obviously horrid for any myriad of reasons. This has lead to several instances of skating and all-out harassment in our store as certain managers wantonly remove notes and appointments from a customers file, leaving the sales staff who were working those customers completely out in the cold. Very poor interface and usability (product looks like high-schoolers coded it) and the support is while usually pleasant, practically useless when it comes to knowledge of their own product.
The mobile app is utterly useless particularly for ILM as you cannot log the majority of your activities through it. The lead alerts are pitiful when they actually work, which is rare. Again, due to the lack of security features, anyone with admin rights can change the lead and lead alert settings with no trace of their activities. There are so many other CRM's out there that function at a significantly higher level than this product and are superior in every sense of the word. My advice to you is to strongly consider any other product before wasting your money on this. Worst CRM hands down.
