Pros Job Diva is great for our company. The functionality is easy to use and they are open to customizing as needed. Most recent updates have been fantastic especially with a quick overview of candidates. Cons We still need to integrate Job Diva with a click to call feature. There should be a feature on here in which it will prompt the recruiter when an interested candidate will expire or a marked off email merge will expire. They are quick to respond and knowledgeable about all the modules when you email them for support. Other products we use separate support by module and often times I feel like I am being passed back and forth to find a solution to an issue or answer to a question. JobDiva frequently updates their site with new processes and helpful changes and they quite often have training webinars to keep everyone informed and trained on these changes. Pros JobDiva has very nice features and filters, we can exclude keywords which we don't need, we can mention the number of year for particular skills and also set that how recent experience is required with that skills or tools. The filters of jobdiva gives very relevant search, we can get very good result in very less time. Cons We can not fix the search for the junior candidate, we have to search and look for the junior candidate in all mixed candidate, in relevant to total year of experience- job diva doesn't has any filter to apply, like other job board we can fix the total year of experience. It is very easy to use. But I would like it if was a bit more customizable. For instance, linkedin allows you to search by industry. I work for mostly financial clients that require a financial background. If job diva allowed you to search by industry, that would be super helpful.
