Our experience has been great from the start. We don't micro-manage our employees but this does help us to help them stay productive and focused.

Pros

Easy setup made implimentation a breeze. Finding our way around the portal was intuitive and every section is helpful.

Cons

There could be better overall reporting so that a business owner or manager can easily see how time is spent without having to extrapoloate aws much but this is a MINOR thing.

My experience have been positive. Worktime helps me track my time at work. It keeps me accountable to the time, effort and productivity I put into the workday.

Pros

Provides very useful productivity insights with tracking performance and attendance of a team especially team members working remotely. Provides very useful information regarding time spent vs distractions of employees.

Cons

The productivity scoring can misleading if the employee and management using the data do not understand how it was collected and what information was used to determine the rating.

My experience is fairly good, I don't have any issues with the software, and I use it on daily bases. I like working on WorkTime.

Pros

WorkTime assists with recognising overload as well super stars in the business. As a Sale's Manager motivating the sales team is crucial in increasing sales. WorkTime points out and has tangible evidence of the best performers. It also points out training where needed, if an agent is stuck on a signal support instance page as WorkTime views the time spent on a URL. Our customer has a unique Web instance.

Cons

It would be helpful if WorkTime had an API integration into Outlook. Sales Reps are not chained to a desk so time spent out the office would be highly beneficial. If WorkTime can extract the data from Outlook Calendars and show productive reps both in the office and out.

Overall Worktime is great for employees to note when they perhaps pay too much attention to a specific program or time during the day they lack focus. it is great for supervisors to see which employees don't focus on their work.

Pros

I love that I can review my productivity and see where I need to focus on more on my time management. I can track what work I focus on most during the day, and see where I need to work on my focus time.

Cons

If I loose focus for too long, then it shows I'm idle (which is true and what it is supposed to do, but a bit annoying to workers)

Our overall experience was positive and we were able to increase our ROI vs the cost of the software through reduction of unproductive activities.

Pros

WorkTime allowed us to determine ways to be more efficient & helped with our ability to coach staff on reduction of unproductive time which helped increase efficiency in our operations.

Cons

I didn’t have any complaints about our use with WorkTime. We simply scaled operations back and no longer have a team to monitor at this time as we previously did.

Overall a very solid productivity monitoring solution. We had initially missed our trial date and they were very kind to give us an extension. Any business with a moral compass deserves a good rate

Easily navigable UI and Dashboard with plenty of customization options, support team was very responsive and always pointed me in the right direction with questions.

Cons

A little hard to figure out what features were available in the first place. Aforementioned, I had to rely on the support team to show me how to use a lot of the features offered.

It's easy to configure and manage, allowing policies to be set up and what to be defined as productive and non-productive. Easy-going GUI

Pros

It was an easy way to identify gaps in my time management and figure out where I spent most of my unproductive time. The dashboard is an easy layout to understand, and its implementation is seamless to roll out. I have already increased my efficiency by 10-20%

Cons

Sometimes it picks up productive work as unproductive and has to manually set it to enable it to be seen as productive time.
