We don't micro-manage our employees but this does help us to help them stay productive and focused. **Pros:** Easy setup made implimentation a breeze. Finding our way around the portal was intuitive and every section is helpful. **Cons:** There could be better overall reporting so that a business owner or manager can easily see how time is spent without having to extrapoloate aws much but this is a MINOR thing. Worktime helps me track my time at work. It keeps me accountable to the time, effort and productivity I put into the workday. **Pros:** Provides very useful productivity insights with tracking performance and attendance of a team especially team members working remotely. Provides very useful information regarding time spent vs distractions of employees. **Cons:** The productivity scoring can misleading if the employee and management using the data do not understand how it was collected and what information was used to determine the rating.
