Lack of Customer Support Caused us to Cancel Service" April 13, 2019 3.0 Dont waste you money unless you are OK with weird errors in your data, and no response back to try and fix them. Pros We were able to Install to run silently on all users machines. Could have daily reports sent as csv files to feed into our analytics systems. Cons The Software did not provide its own update mechanism. We were having some weird errors that did not make sense about what devices it was showing a user login time on. When choosing users to not monitor, the system kept adding them back, so we still had to pay for a license for them, even though the system was not collecting monitoring data from them. Reaching out to tech support provided no response. Even the CEO of the company ended up responding saying that he would check into it. But then failed to ever respond. This went on for 3 months with me sending him multiple emails, but he never responded. we ended up letting our subscription lapse because we would not ever get tech support to get back to us. It’s very easy to implement and use. It has allowed us to maintain an optimal remote work setup while meeting the attendance control requirements of our HR department. Specially without compromising employee privacy, providing the necessary information for effective management without undermining the trust within our teams. We've been using it for quite some time with a staff of over 40 people and haven’t had a single issue so far. I highly recommend it. Cons Currently we don't have any issues. Have been very efficient to use. Having worked in several business environments as manager/owner, this tool is a must have. Pros It is very simple to install and overall very easy to use. Minimum time for setup, almost no setup at all was needed. Cons Haven't found anything i did not like just yet. I guess that as a drawback i could not find how to increase the 65% goal for productivity that is set as default. Maybe possible in other subscription modes. It is easy to install and to use for monitoring productivity. It produces some great visual statistics but is also fair and non-invasive so that helps with employee buy-in. Pros Very easy to set up and get reports. Non invasive, just highlights idle time rather than spying on activity Easy to adapt and to add specifics of what sites count and when employees are out of hours. Cons The interface of the dashboard and the dropdown menus can be a bit tricky and unwieldy at times but overall not a big deal. Have had a great experience learning to decipher what is being reported. I also like the ability to block access to some sites. Pros WorkTime is very easy to deploy and provides granular reporting to make my job easier. IT allows me to view the actual videos being watched on YouTube as well as the ads on indeed employees are looking at. Cons I find the front end a little cumbersome. Once I worked my way around, it was more intuitive, but initially it took some "looking" to find what I needed. Was able to identify non performing employees with proof. Pros Proper employee monitoring and details and proof of what they do at a specific time. Helps managing remote employees well. Pros Its a simple easy to use application for employee monitoring. the reporting for simple and easy to use Cons There are issues with the reporting with the mac os client when it comes to teams meetings. I have also had issues with the reporting agent not reporting randomly on select work stations.
