Overall I would say this product is unique enough and also kind of user friendly that perfectly suits with every type of organization.

Pros

The biggest pro is that it facilitates me in a way that am able to differentiate or to choose between 5 different types of reports, filter or to export and share them as well with all my teammates and colleagues with huge ease and comfort. Moreover, it helps me in understanding each and every part of project according to my requirement.

Cons

I would say it is a complete package and loaded with all useful and helpful features that further helps me in utilizing my time in most probable ways. There is not even a single deficiency that I have to mention here.

Pros

It shows all the basic data we need to evaluate total project hours, see how much budget remains and how much everyone has worked on which tasks, The Asana integration is working pretty good. The graphical calendar interface is a nice addon that I now use mainly. Questions about the software are usually answered pretty fast.

Cons

Coloring of calendar entries could be more meaningful (connected to tasks/subtasks, instead of being kinda random).

My job as a consultant requires that I report what projects I've been spending time on each day, down to 15 minute resolution. TimeCamp makes it easy to track my time, switching between tasks with a single click.

Pros

I can enter tasks and track very quickly, switching between tasks in real-time with a single click. It is easy to edit tasks and time. I like how I can start a timer without specifying what a task will be, then addi the task later. This is very handy when I'm interrupted by someone wanting to talk, but not know what project they want to talk about until after we're done. I usually just use one report - a weekly summary of time per project per day, which I export to Excel and tweak and format by hand.

Cons

There are occasional glitches on the main timer screen where the running total time for the day isn't correct. But a quick browser refresh clears it up, and it \*never\* affects the actual recorded time in the reports.

Pros

Customer support is swift and effective - and they have a quick grasp of your specific requirements.

Cons

Few options for customizing invoices (but support will help you the best they can). In the future, it would be nice to be able to upload your own invoice templates.

Accurately track my time.

Pros

Simply works. Lots of options and features, but well-thought-out to be intuitive and easy to use. Does everything I need it to do.

Cons

The only issue I have noticed is that sometimes when you adjust an active or finished time entry manually, the elapsed time does not update. Sometimes I have to click in the entry and tab out several times.

Pros

I have been using to track time spent on projects within Podio. It's awesome. It helps with managing time spent on projects and has become invaluable

Pros

The integrations really save me time and combined with calculated fields in Podio give really useful results

Cons

Cost but only because I don't like spending money. I think it has probably paid for itself many many times over

Track and build billing reports for my small business. I have a hard time focusing and this app helped me see where I spent time. It also was flexible when I moved from web based to iOS mobile time tracking. The apps was easy to use. Loved it.

Pros

I liked that it was very intuitive for time tracking. It was also flexible for use on my iOS device and desktop. I really needed it to integrate with Asana and it worked every time. It also helped me track my computer use time when I went down rabbit trails which was a great surprise.

Cons

I didn't dig too far into the billing and reporting because it was a bit beyond my need, but seemed a little complicated to try. Earlier on, the Asana sync was slow, but over time it's become almost automatic.

Pros

I have used many software to obtain an impeccable result in my management. Since I discovered TimeCamp, it has been very helpful for me, allowing me to improve my productivity. This tool makes your time work, measuring the time you give priority to the really important things. TimeCamp is very easy to use just like its installation.

Cons

I would like it to be much easier to get a free trial without so many forms to fill out. However, it's worth it.

It's been terrific.

Pros

It's easy to use. It's intuitive to use. Great reporting. Easy to edit. Great tools for turning on and turning off the time.

Cons

I have a slight preference for the appearance of some of the reports from Toggl, but the functionality of the charts in Timecamp, the ease of use, and the ease of setting filters for the reporting much more than outweighs this slight graphical preference.

### "Had to Switch to Something Else - It was Difficult to Use"

It was okay. At the time, we were desperate for something to track time, but we found it quite difficult to use, and the interface was slow and clumsy.

Pros

It was pretty good at the time to track time spent on projects, but after realizing that the same task can be done in another product at a cheaper cost, we switched over in 2021 to another project.

Cons

It was a bit expensive for the money, but we were desperate, so we used this product for a few years while we searched for another product to replace it. We finally found another awesome and way cheaper product, so we are happy now!

Pros

TimeCamp is used for business’ financial tracking, which might include expenses, payroll management, income statements and many more features. The Profit/Loss statements feature of this software is one of the client favorites. Subscription cost is low and affordable. You can easily change subscriptions any time as pleased. It is indeed one of the most straightforward software I have encountered.

Cons

The android application has technicalities and needs more improvement, but features are somewhat similar. The app of this software is tolerable, being that the software is great.

We could effectively manage our employees and give proper feedback by using TimeCamp

Pros

TimeCamp is a tool that we have been looking actively since it can manage all the staff and monitor their system usage hours. get the correct statistics and give effective feedback. It has cool set of features that gives the accurate times the system have been used and generate great report on it.

Cons

The main issue we faced is that it has a limited set of features. We had faced an issue of getting the report in PDF format and we could not find an option to do the same.

I have use several time management tools, and one thing most of them had in common was the amount of time it took to submit times. This wastes time and money. TimeCamp allows you to enter time on the fly. It's very easy to use and the reporting capability is easy and intuitive. I highly recommend using this software for both small and large teams, projects, and companies. Your employees will thank you and you will be glad you switched!

Pros

The easy of use and the tiny amount of time it takes to make entries.

Cons

Only complaint I have is that occasionally the time will shift incorrectly when making an edit while the timer is active.

I'm in a consulting role, so minimizing non-chargeable tasks is a huge benefit. This is easily the best time tracking tool I've found since it is all completed automatically, in the background, and does not require manual start / stop from the user.

Pros

TimeCamp delivers in one way that all other similar competitors cannot - it automatically tracks your time in the background, including resolution on various programs / files / software you've been working with during the day. All others require that you manually start / stop timers, and then attribute that time to a project, task, or some other tag.

Cons

The time attributed to a task may be off. This isn't particularly relevant for me since I can typically run with my timesheet once I have a list of what I was working on.

Mais, il faut tot demême des bases d'anglais pour s'en sortir sur les interfaces. Une version française à 100% ne serait pas une mauvaise idée.

### "Timecamp : Simple, Mobile-Capable, and Easily Integrates with Asana"

I really like Timecamp. Our company used Toggl for about a year, and then when we found Timecamp and tried the free trial. We were impressed by the ease of categorization and the integration with Asana (our productivity tracker of choice). We were also impressed with the invoicing capabilities (the ability to provide a hosted link and customize the jargon is great)

Pros

The integration with Asana, the invoicing capabilities, and the ease of tracking on desktop and mobile. I also LOVE the ability to have the desktop program integrate with the browser and keep track of my activities when i forget to switch. Killer feature.

Cons

Personal problem: I really wish there was integration capable with Asana on the level of tracking from within Asana; kind of like Harvest's integration ( but I don't like Harvest's UI or structure for project management).

Pros

Wow, this is easy to use. For seasoned employees they found it very intuitive and useful, so the transition from our old system was smooth.

Cons

The only complaint we got was regarding the mobile app. It crashed a few times, but sounds like the newer versions are very stable.

I use TimeCamp for my daily time tracking. It's really easy to use and flexible. I can start, amend and delete projects anytime and get precise time tracking in real-time. As we bill most of our clients monthly, TimeCamp has become a vital tool to prepare accurate invoices.

Cons

The overview of time entries for one project are a bit confusing, I find. Would like it more if it was partitioned by years, for example.

I love EVERYTHING about TimeCamp. It's intuitive to use and has been ESSENTIAL for my freelance business. The support team is quick to respond and very professional. Pros

Easy to use, it´s online so I can get immediate access whenever I go. I can control work time manually or using automatic time tracking. I get different types of reports. I can manage Projects or individual tasks and subtasks, awesome. I get graphical timesheet to include in my Executive Reports.

Great asset to managing our marketing agency. We love the ease it takes to input times. We never have to worry about time record keeping because TimeCamp does it so accurately. It makes creating our invoices at the end of each month so much easier.

Pros

We like how it integrates well with our project management software. It also has great analytical reports that in turn help us better our business practices.

Cons

If you delete a user, it also deletes their time recorded on TimeCamp.

### "Perfect, with one HUGE Flaw"

Pros

Easy to use, Appreciate the free version as I'm a one-person shop. Convenient to use from anywhere because it's on the web.

Cons

The REPORTS function is BROKEN. Every time I want to run a report, I have to SIGN OUT, then sign back in, and then Reports only works for a little while and it breaks again. I've sent them screen shots and I admit they seem to have tried to figure it out, but it's crazy -- very frustrating. I continue using it because everything else about it is pretty much perfect. But this broken reports function needs to be fixed.
