The experience I have got with this tool is completely wonderful. I really appreciate its functions and all features winch helps me a lot.

Pros

Timecamp is perfect at tracking time and its all services are incredibly excellent. The great thing is that it keeps automatic and manual timesheet as well as it keeps automatic task detection capabilities. It keeps everything organized and always keeps us up to date about the all activities of tracking projects.

Cons

It is completely useful product and for me there is no con because it is going excellent and providing quality services.

Pros

Writing a report on your activities is very easy on this software. It comes with an interface that is much intuitive and has a modern look.

Cons

A few times I experienced hiccups on the desktop version where I had to re-enter my time, it was a little bit frustrating but it wasn't a big deal.

### "TIMECAMP MAKES DOING MY JOB EASIER"

Pros

Time reporting is simple and straightforward. Since I'm not reimbursed for the time I spend reporting my work hours as an Independent Contractor, I appreciate the speed and efficiency that TimeCamp offers.

Cons

Since many of my time entries are repetitive, it would be helpful if an individual user could save standard time reporting inputs to save time and keystrokes. I have recommended this to the folks at TimeCamp and they have promised to bring it up in their software improvements meetings.

Pros

The tool is tracking all the time & automatic so we don't have to remember to turn on a timer. The reporting function is fine, we like that we can export to Excel to line up with other task management software

Cons

Logging manual time when entries are incorrect is cumbersome; when times overlap, it does not allow you to add a manual entry, even if the time logged is wrong. We have had challenges with the widget getting stuck in manual mode for some users.

Accurate timing of billable hours

Pros

I like the activity tracking software. Usually, I go into TimeCamp every other week to count my billable hours of the previous two weeks. I like that I can highlight the side and it tells me exactly what document or window was open at that time. I also like the app, when I remember to use it. I mostly use it when I'm out of the office and away from my computer. This way I can account for a consulting meeting on the spot before I forget the amount of billable time spent with the client.

Cons

Often the time entries don't function properly. I will make an entry and it won't save any of the information, which then sends me with the "Time entries without task" email. I'll either have to enter the task twice or I don't realize it didn't save and have to go back a day or two later to figure out what task I was accounting for.

I've been using TimeCamp to help with timesheets as part of my role at a large environmental consulting firm. I can often have twenty to thirty projects on the go at any time, and need to balance accurately billing time associated with each project to the right project numbers / references, and minimizing the time spent populating my timesheet. TimeCamp makes a good tool to reference what you were working over the course of a day, particularly when its used with your calendar (outlook, iphone etc) and your emails.

Pros

Very easy to use, records filenames to make it easier to pick up on what you were engaged with, integrates with Teamwork if needed, easy to start up and easy to get others involved.

Cons

I found that the timer associated with some of the open files seems to be a little hit or miss, but since I haven't been reliant on the timer, it hasn't been an issue.

TimeCamp is a very well designed software, I would dare to say that it is one of the best to take the time of work and time of each personal task, since it does so consecutively and quickly. It has benefited me a lot in my business area, since I have been able to take the time of my workers and also my work time at the same time.

Pros

What I like the most about TimeCamp is the speed with which the customer can manifest within the software, quick access to each of the functions with a simple click, I also like their functions, since we can add different things to the time taken, automatically stop the time in a limit and many other things.

Cons

I do not like the way that TimeCamp saves the previously taken time, I've been visualizing well, and I realized that TimeCamp keeps the times taken in a disorderly way, and does not order them in folders by date or anything like that, I would like this was automatic, since it would mean saving a lot of time.

Pros

Timecamp is a wonderful time management tool that makes it easy to record and manage billable hours for employees as well as projects. Timecamp also creates reports that can be viewed on mobile devices which makes it easy to see what's going on even when out on the road. Timecamp is great for any type of business as well as freelancers.

Cons

Timecamp has a couple of minor glitches with the software, most of the glitches are easily bypassed though.

If I talk about my overall experience I would say it absolutely wonderful.

Pros

If I write about pros, I would say it is a feature rich product which is super easy to use. This is the product that has introduced so many ways in order to manage time perfectly. It is playing a vital role in running our business. Another biggest advantage is that it keeps us organized and make us aware about tracking activity for projects. Its user friendly interface compels me to prefer this product.

Cons

Timecamp is entirely a very helpful product and loaded with so many useful features. So I hardly anything that I have to dislike. Everything is perfectly made. I am not having anything to complain about it.

Pros

It is really easy to use Timecamp I really love the way with Timecamp you can observe and control your team if they are doing their given tasks on time or not. It also provides us very good quality. Interface of it great.

Cons

I do not like that Timecamp has high price like that way honestly it is so much, yes maybe it is providing many futures and qualities but still high price. I would like to use Timecamp with a bit low price, and hope they will decrease the price soon.

It is easy to learn and even easier to use. It is integral with my daily processes.

Pros

Features: Tasks and projects can be customized. Reports: Detailed reports including automatic tracking of your desktop activity showing the websites and applications used. You can even classify websites and application if they are used for pleasure or business/work.

Cons

The website and desktop clients aren't easy to use. They do require some time to get used to, and some digging around to explore all the available features (for example applications and websites classification).

I'm a freelance editor and I bill by the hour. This software has genuinely changed my life. I no longer have to try and find my notebook to log hours manually and then add them up at the end. I can create as many different tasks as needed, and then calculate the billable hours automatically in a matter of seconds. It's made my work life so much easier and my time use is far more efficient now. There's no more guesswork and estimation, and no more multiple notebooks and pages for different tasks and clients.

Pros

Ease of use and accuracy of time tracking.

Cons

I haven't experienced any cons as yet.

if you take the time to categorize your work in projects (and take the time to USE the timecamp) then you see what you really spend your time on, very valuable

Cons

when there are many projects to choose from the menu > at the end of the day!! the window becomes too narrow and you need to scroll in a very thin window

Writing about pros, I would say TimeCamp has made the world more productive as compare to other products. I love its integration with Asana. It plays a very significant role in tracking time. I like its ease of use the most. It not only helps us in measuring time but also helps us in improving time.

Cons

I failed to find any cons in this splendid product. It works so nicely due to which it has become most favorite product of mine. Truly speaking there is not anything that creates problem. So I am totally satisfied with all the services it provides us.

I use it for basic timekeeping, the company I work for uses another resource for corporate time sheets firm wide. I work in a small group of internal designers that reports more detail to management.

Pros

I like that I can choose a graphical or textual calendar for daily timekeeping, and prefer the graphical version. Rather than turning the timer on and off I manually move the time segments as I am working, in part because I jump from project to project. I like that there are several options for reporting, and that I can add detail to each task. Though I don't use this feature myself, that you can tag tasks as billable or not. I haven't used all the features yet, but appreciate the complexity for timekeeping, reporting, goal setting and efficiencies that this product offers. Great integrations with Wrike and Jira, though haven't used them yet.

Cons

I would love to see video tutorials on the website that teach how to use the many features, appreciate the knowledge base page, but it helps to see someone using the tool or demo what you can do with it.

### "TimeCamp After Trying Many Time Trackers"

We searched and tried about a half dozen cloud-based time-tracking applications. Our goal was specific, track work for a small time, individually, through the day. And we have frequent task switching, so it's important (for both billing and for improving what we spend out time on). We found many products that added "friction" in tracking. We finally moved to TimeCamp because it works really well, is non-intrusive -- is EXACTLY what we want. And of course reliable. We found some of the alternatives to be based on assumptions that didn't match our way of working.

Pros

Good underlying model for how work and tasks are done. And nicely executed in the user interface.

Cons

No real complaints.

Pros

Ease of use, accessibility (web / iOS app / etc.); It's intuitive and easy to use / train new employees; Like the granular permissions by project / person;

Cons

Reporting could use some added development work - it's adequate, but we seem to want a bit more than it can produce (looking for better ways to evaluate the big picture); the PC app is frustrating to work with - but great in principle (I think it's just not designed for the high DPI screens).

Easy to use Tracks activities with a minimum of clicks Good variety of reports Easy to export or copy/paste reports into Excel I'm a technical writer with lots to do on multiple projects and must track my time, which is hard to do. TimeCamp keeps me up to date without my having to rely on memory to justify my existence!

We use JIRA at our company, which is great, but lacks a good time tracker. Was a mess having to write down / track my time and have to enter it all at the end of the day. Saves a lot of time for me and gives the company more detailed time data as it's easy to accurately keep track.

Pros

Searching for issues (JIRA) is great, and it's easy to see what you did on your system weeks later even if there was no task assigned at the time it was tracked (through the client that tracks window names).

Cons

Had some JIRA tasks missing in the past (works great now!) but no idea why. Guess documentation on this (what gets synced) would be nice, as I think it was just colleagues having messed up a project's access rights :).

Pros

Timecamp is little bit difficult to use program, but after learning working with it you will have great platform to use your time with more effective ways. It can help you for almost every type of jobs. Use it and learn how to spend time more wisely!

Cons

As I said it is difficult to use, I mean it designed very well, but sometimes you can't find any "vital" tool for your work.
