"My overall experience with Advanced Data Systems has been excellent. I have been a customer for many years, and I have no complaints. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help when issues arise. The support and service they provide have consistently met our needs, making them a reliable partner for our practice."

Pros

I have been part of the ADS family for more than 20 years, and it has truly been a pleasure and a blessing for our small office. Throughout the years, ADS has consistently provided prompt responses to any questions or issues that have come up along the way. One of the things I appreciate most is being able to work side by side with such a dedicated and professional team. Their IT department is outstanding. You get to know them by name, and in my experience, I have always worked with the same group of people who take the time to understand you, your needs, and your personality. They genuinely do their best to resolve any issue as quickly as possible. Technology is not perfect, and I would be lying if I said we have never experienced technical issues. However, what I can say with complete confidence is that, from top to bottom, the ADS family has always been there for us whenever we needed support. Thank you, ADS, for more than two decades of exceptional service, dedication, and partnership. We truly appreciate everything you do. Sincerely, Dr. Prine and Staff

Cons

Historically, our office used separate systems for scheduling and medical records, which was not ideal. I am confident that Advanced Data Systems now offers integrated solutions; however, as a small medical practice, upgrading has not been cost-effective for us. Despite this, I have been a customer for over 20 years and have seen significant improvements in their products and services throughout that time."

I have been using Advanced Data Systems for over 27 years for both billing and scheduling across multiple specialties. One of the features I value most, is the wide variety of reports available to analyze a practice’s revenue performance. Sending electronic claims and receiving electronic remittances is simple, efficient, and helps streamline daily operations. Whenever questions or issues arise, their support staff responds promptly and resolves concerns in a timely manner. Reliable customer support is extremely important when choosing a practice management system, and Advanced Data Systems has consistently delivered great service over the years.

Pros

Dependable Software for Multi-Specialty Practices. It has been a trusted billing system for many years.

Cons

High Initial Cost, but dependable and efficient in long run. The annual support fee is a bit pricey.

Our medical office has used ADS for many years. We have had little-to-no issues with our scheduling and EHR systems, Medics Premier and Medics Cloud. All of the staff working for ADS are professional, polite and adept at handling any problems in a timely manner. Our practice is very happy with the services provided by ADS over the years.

Pros

The customer service provided is exceptional. ADS support representatives are quick and efficient when it comes to fixing any technical issues. ADS offers many reports that track the data of your company to optimize revenue. If your company prefers a more personalized report, ADS is able to create a new or edited template with your specific parameters.

Cons

Certain technical issues require support to remotely access your device. This proves difficult sometimes, depending on how long the issue takes to be resolved.

My overall experience with Advanced Data Systems was positive. The platform offered strong tools for managing healthcare operations, especially in areas like billing, scheduling, and patient records. It helped improve organization and workflow efficiency, though the learning curve and dated interface occasionally made navigation more challenging.

Pros

What I liked most about Advanced Data Systems was its comprehensive healthcare management tools and ease of streamlining daily operations. The platform helped simplify billing, scheduling, and patient record management while improving overall workflow efficiency for staff and providers.

Cons

One drawback of Advanced Data Systems was that the interface could feel outdated and less intuitive compared to newer platforms. Some features also required additional training, and occasional system slowdowns could impact workflow efficiency.

I have been ADS customer for over 25 years and strongly recommend all their software products. ADS software is very user- friendly, reliable and cost-effective. They provide great timely customer support and always stay up to date with all coding updates.

Pros

The most valuable feature about ADS is the fact that they not only know the software programming but also have knowledge about medical billing, which makes it very easy to explain any concerns or problems to customer support. Customer Support Team is very easy to communicate and always try to address any issues in timely fashion

Cons

Unfortunately, ADS stopped providing complete support for all clearing house enrollments. ADS provides excellent support for initial new customer enrollment, but if you need any enrollments later, you have to deal with clearing house directly.

We have a dedicated client liaison plus a support team I can actually reach. When something comes up, a billing question, a workflow issue, something I'm not sure about, I call my support team and they have dedicated staff who knows my practice and gets back to me. That is a difference maker for me as many members I speak to often express how challenging it is with their system. They also are up to date with new mandates. They are ahead of the curve on MIPS reporting, payer rule changes, compliance updates. I do not need to research changes personally, ADS keeps me informed and their system handles it on its own. They handle it, with little need for my staff or myself. Please describe your overall experience Overall, ADS has been the right partner for my practice. They picked us up at a difficult moment, got us running, and have stayed responsive ever since. In my role with the Podiatric Medical Association I hear about a lot of billing systems and what's working and what isn't, and ADS has held up. For other podiatry practices evaluating billing software, the questions I'd ask any vendor are: how good is their support when something actually goes wrong, do you get a real person who knows your practice, and how proactive are they about keeping the system current with payer rules and mandates like MIPS. Those are the things that matter day-to-day, and ADS delivers on them.

Pros

What did you like most about Advanced Data Systems? I'm a podiatrist in New York and currently serve as President of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association, and therefore many members discuss their systems with me. I came to ADS after my previous billing vendor shut down abruptly. Very frightening considering that your billing is your cash flow. ADS got us onboard and back on track faster than I expected, and the transition was seamless given the circumstances.

Cons

Getting accustomed to the new system was a challenge but I found it to be superior to my old system and far more advanced.

I like knowing that my billing is taken care of and the confidence that it is being submitted timely and accurately.

Cons

I don't know if there is really anything that I don't like about MedicsRCM, I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

I have been with ADS since 1989, a very reliable medical software program, highly recommend

Pros

Love the patient demographic and scheduling features, very easty to use. Also can't live without electronic filing. In today's medial practice electronic filing is a must if you want to get reimbursed from insurance companies.

Cons

When calling for support. Sometimes I have a hard time understanding the technician because of a language barrier. Otherwise, no dislikes.
