Pros

I like the ease of use and the fact that the Bluewave CRM system does it all, record keeping, planning, and most important it boosted our sales

Cons

I was skeptical as we have had other systems that had not worked, the Bluewave CRM system surpassed all our expectations, Great product

Bluwave is very easy to use and I have had great success with increased sales, higher customer service levels using the wide range of management, marketing & sales tools built into the software. Since implementing Bluwave it has assisted us in increasing sales by a factor of 3 times in the space of 3 years. The sales & marketing management tools have enabled us to manage proactively the "soft" side of our sales team as opposed to just relying on the end of the month sales figures to react to trends.

Pros easy to use, full featured, great service, easy to set up, multiple levels of security, cool dashboards. Increased Hi- Force's turnover by 100% in 2 years by improved territory management. Cons: I wish had discovered this earlier. BluWave need to beef up their marketing. No report writer.
