### "Makes managing leads and opportunities much easier"

Pros

I went from static spreadsheets to this for CRM. I'm so much more organized now. As you acquire higher numbers or leads and opportunities it's very difficult to use a spreadsheet. Spreadsheets also make it difficult to use the info at a later time.

Cons

I'm still figuring out how to possibly adjust some items such as leads/opportunity addresses for US format. There is county, but no state. This may just be something our admin needs to adjust.

Cons

The process for finding monthly totals is clunky and can be a long, time consuming exercise.

Pros

Really enjoy creating and sending mailers within the platform provides many more metrics than other platforms.

### "What's not to like about Open CRM"

My sales, operations and support teams are all now "customer connected". The Opportunities module helps drive our business forecasting.

Pros

Great customer support (chat function is really useful), user adoption is easy, useful regular blogs to keep updating with new features. Straightforward to add fields, layouts and create reports.

Cons

Dashboards a bit clunky but I probably need to spend more time finessing them.

my experience with Open CRM has been frustrating at times the support has been good but feel it lacks functionality compared to SF.COM and Hubspot.

Pros

I have previously used SF.COM and I have found Open CRM to be easy to use however the reporting is not very easy to use.

The dashboards could be better and easier to setup

easy to use on desktop site, access to everyting you need and easy to make changes to features to tailor for your business needs.

Cons

mobile site is a little difficult to navigate, very easy to press the wrong buttons and can be frustrating especially when processing orders through CRM
