Pros

The implementation and ease to be able to amend the software to suit our business requirements was great. Customising fields/modules is something which we needed and to have full control is great for this.

Cons

There is no way of bulk editing records which for us as a company does slow us down doing manual tasks.

I think it is a great CRM System

Pros

Easy to use, manage contacts and pipeline.

Cons

Would like to see more options for quote generation - being able to shift line items around, add pictures to a quote, etc

Overall it is a very useful service and I would recommend to a friend.

Pros

It makes incredibly easy to look at your pipeline and figure out what you need to do that day to keep on top of it.

Cons

Adding in new contacts is not very easy as you have to add the company and person separately.

It has been great, I use it every day, and it works amazing and the option to get a report is super helpulf

All the features I never thought I could use

There is no option to customize, like the color of the actual system or letters, font, etc.

I'm afraid to say that, although we do offer many customisation options, we are pretty wed to the colours that we use within OpenCRM. We have, however, just introduced a few different options for customising your toolbar and general OpenCRM 'skin' colours, so do get in touch if you would like some further info on how to do this.
