Pros

We have been using OpenCRM for a number of years and it has really helped streamline certain parts of our daily routines. The support ticket system is invaluable to us and allows our customers to raise any issues that are then recorded in OpenCRM and our team can deal with them accordingly.

Cons

The system is very easy to use and I can't think of anything that stands out that I don't like. Navigating the system is easy.

### "CRM Great tool to have"

Pretty good I do need to do a lot of reporting and CRM is my back up tool for information that i would have to request from The Business Manager. Instead of interrupting them I would refer to the opportunities or the notes that they themselves have entered to finalize my report

Pros

that i can write all my notes and when i am about to call a client i can review my notes and refresh my memory, this is a very important feature for me

Cons

I dont use much of it to dislike anything it is a very helpful tool with my reporting and finding clients in the backend of our platform

Helps me stay on top of pipeline and day to day activities. Great tool for tracking past activity ,scheduling future activity and overall managing client relationships.

Pros

The option to schedule into CRM Calendar for easy tracking past activity and work done which makes it easy to move forward for next steps with client.

Cons

It times out giving an error after logging an activity which impacts productivity. It is a recent issue that has been happening.

Use it daily, very helpful for keeping the rest of my team up to date on jobs. Will continue to use OPEN as or internal CRM.

Pros

Ease of Use, Sales management functions and the ability to leave quick notes on each file keeping the wider business up to date

Cons

I find the emailer difficult to use and a little clunky, and also i dont think the email tracking function works 100% of the time.

The ability to customise things on there. saves time. when i want to create something, its easy to do.

Cons

sometimes when there is a glitch it takes a few days to fix which is inconvenient. however this rarely happens

Pros

everything is clear and easily readable with sections and subsections. it is very easy to use

Cons

There isn't anything I do not like on CRM. the only thing that could improve is the number is items you can upload - at the moment is it 5 more would be good.

Our project was initially poorly planned due to staff changes and this reflected in a system that wasn't fit for purpose. We were diligently supported however and OpenCRM turned it around to where we are now.

Pros

Excellent support and help from Leah. Couldn't fault the care and attention we received to make the most of the system.

Cons

The system could do with a UI update to make the front-end for users friendlier and make the back-end easier to parse

Overall very happy but improvements are always needed!

Pros

Excellent how all the contacts are stored in one place and connected to each sales order/invoice/purchase order! Easy to look back at history when dealing with a customer. Would recommend as great support always received via the online chat!

Cons

Can be a bit clicky trying to locate certain things. Under a contact tab to find the sales order have to click on a lot across the bottom and this can not be moved to make less clicks. Also the same problem with payments. The duplication settings in contacts can also not be set after you have started using it. The email marketing can also be tricky having to rely on stripo but its not the end of the world.

This is a very adaptable system, perfect for tracking opportunities and planning work tasks. It is a system that can grow with a company, unlocking new modules and customisations as it is adopted and utilised more.

Pros

OpenCRM is easy to use and to customise based on our business needs. System administration is user friendly, so even end users without an IT background can understand and be involved in customisation. There are many user guides available, and, when needed, the customer service is very responsive and helpful. There are many additional modules which can be utilised, such as activity management which integrates with the Calendar and is very helpful for organising workload. I find it very helpful to use the functionality available to create activity plans for opportunities which help to ensure that customer needs are met at optimum times.

Cons

Overall OpenCRM is a great system. My minor frustration has been that there are a limited number of filters in the reports. Although I generally find the number of filters available are sufficient for most purposes.

The team at OpenCRM are such a pleasure to work with. Our implementation came with a steep learning curve, but we have felt supported all the way. OpenCRM software has a great user interface and so much potential that we are just starting to tap into. Feeling excited about continuing to improve our efficiency over the coming months as OpenCRM becomes even more central to our business.

Pros

Flexibility and great user interface. Ability to create custom workflows. Customizable dashboard.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. There was a steep learning curve with the implimentation but we have been well supported.

### "Great CRM package for small businesses"

Extremely postitive from the initial sales enquiry, through to setting up and since then daily use.

Pros

This was the first CRM system we have used and it was extremely easy to setup. The support from the team was phenomenal and we were guided and supported at every stage and also since then, support is available at the click of a button and any queries have been resolved straight away, the team are great.

Cons

It is a basic CRM package and many additional features can only be used via add ons, saying that it is compatible with a lot of add ons and therefore can be easily modified to suit users needs.

Keeping all relevant data about long and complicated transactions, property searching and management. contact data of multiple players and general information available and up to date in one easy to access place.

Sometimes setting up reports can be tricky. Occasional duplication of leads if inputting at the same time.

Excellent overall experience with OpenCRM.

Pros

The team are great at supporting your transition journey, and the web chat help is incredibly useful. What sold it for us during our decision making process was the clean views, customisability of fields/sections, and the simplicity of the system.

Cons

If we had to choose anything, it would be that we have noted a few bugs in the software but that is very minor, and the support team have always picked up and logged any incidents incredibly swiftly.

I find the product easy to use on a daily basis and I am always delighted by the friendly helpful support we receive.

Pros

For what we use it for it is easy to use. There are many other functions which we have yet to explore. The team are always very helpful when I want to try something new. I love the accessibility of the support team. They are always very helpful.

Cons

It is a bit complicated to use sometimes as there are so many functions, but this will be the same with any comprehensive CRM and may be due to my lack of knowledge rather than deficiencies in the product.

Fantastic. Having used other CRM systems I can say with confidence that OpenCRM is the best I've experienced. Many others appear fancier but have issues that one must simply accept, whereas OpenCRM simply works, and works well. Despite lots of highly specific custom options, it all runs smoothly and any issues are dealt with swiftly.

Pros

Lots of functionality but still simple to use. Highly customisable and responsive. Solid foundation with high level of custom options; our database produces hymn books for example.

Cons

Some functionality difficult on a small screen, though with all our custom options hard to tell whether this is standard or a result of our complexity.

We are unable to run reports as we would like to without a large amount of cost or work - we have explored this with the openCRM team a number of times already.

Tremendously helpful support staff. Any questions I have are answered within minutes, and I'm very pleased with my progress to date.

Pros

Keeping the data in the UK matters to my clients Being able to integrate with Microsoft 365 is huge The API was simple to use for a past developer like myself

I haven't run into anything that I could not do yet

### "Best CRM out there "

Pros

OpenCRM is the best system out there for the simplicity of use and how you can easily customise the layouts etc. I have used a few CRM's and I found that I picked OpenCRM very quickly. It's very easy to navigate through the different modules. I have also had to reach out to the support team a few times and they have been nothing but supportive! Would highly recommend

Cons

Not applicable. I beleive it has everything that I would require for a CRM.

### "everything i need in one place"

great! I use it everyday to plan my work schedule, plan tasks for upcoming events and collaborate with other team members. Helps me keep track of tasks and work more efficiently.

Pros

data entry is logical and easy to do. retrieving contacts and adding to campaigns is simple and makes emailing groups of contacts more efficient. The support team are great, the chat function works really well and the team are quick to respond and solve things.

Cons

sometimes it's not obvious where or how to do things just by looking at the screen, but the help button explains things well and so do the support group chat.

From the day we initiated contact, they have been fantastic to work with; even when we have given the team emergencies to work with, they have always achieved our goals.

Pros

The customisation of the product to allow our Business needs to be met, we aren't industry standard but the system has the capability to be adjust to meet all our needs

The limitations in SMS integration, its only available currently in one module

very good, never needed to speak to customer services, easy to use, all information I need is in one place and easy to find when needed.

Easy to use, all information I need in one easy to find solution

Cons

How I cannot load a new customers full name and information in one go, I have to put the customer name onto the system, save, and then edit to start filling in the information about them, otherwise you complete the form, and it wont let you save it.
