Relatively simple to use, support on hand when needed. Most tasks are simple once you have read guides or asked for support. Order input can be a bit slow but suspect this could be made easier with a few tweeks

Pros

Very easy to set up, simple to modify. Does everything you may need and intergrates with other accountancy systems etc. Very handy mobile app

Cons

Although most areas are simple we are yet to get to grips with mail campaigns and importing files csv for orders. Would be good if the mobile app did more.

### "Open CRM - An excellent application for procurement "

It has been a very easy to use product for someone who is new to the system to the same user of this product for over 2 years now. Discovering new functions and the many reports that are available makes for a productive work day, whilst not seeming overly complicated.

Pros

My day to day use of OpenCRM is always positive. My favourite feature of OpenCRM is its usability and the ease from following all of the related stages of a customer enquiry, starting from adding on a customer's enquiry to the final purchase order. OpenCRM makes it easy by tying together everything related to the company that is requesting goods in order to make the sales process smooth.

Cons

Sometimes there can be some slight network issues and pages can appear to load rather slowly.

### "Great start to use of OpenCRM as our new solution"

Excellent overall experience with OpenCRM.

Pros

The team are great at supporting your transition journey, and the web chat help is incredibly useful. What sold it for us during our decision making process was the clean views, customisability of fields/sections, and the simplicity of the system.

Cons

If we had to choose anything, it would be that we have noted a few bugs in the software but that is very minor, and the support team have always picked up and logged any incidents incredibly swiftly.

Pros

Keeping all relevant data about long and complicated transactions, property searching and management. contact data of multiple players and general information available and up to date in one easy to access place.

Cons

A bit clunky for data entry and large file data storage and not integrated to other digital formats

### "Fantastic support"

I find the product easy to use on a daily basis and I am always delighted by the friendly helpful support we receive.

Pros

For what we use it for it is easy to use. There are many other functions which we have yet to explore. The team are always very helpful when I want to try something new. I love the accessibility of the support team. They are always very helpful.

Cons

It is a bit complicated to use sometimes as there are so many functions, but this will be the same with any comprehensive CRM and may be due to my lack of knowledge rather than deficiencies in the product.

Tremendously helpful support staff. Any questions I have are answered within minutes, and I'm very pleased with my progress to date.

Pros

Keeping the data in the UK matters to my clients Being able to integrate with Microsoft 365 is huge The API was simple to use for a past developer like myself

### "A great system"

Fantastic. Having used other CRM systems I can say with confidence that OpenCRM is the best I've experienced. Many others appear fancier but have issues that one must simply accept, whereas OpenCRM simply works, and works well. Despite lots of highly specific custom options, it all runs smoothly and any issues are dealt with swiftly.

Pros

Lots of functionality but still simple to use. Highly customisable and responsive. Solid foundation with high level of custom options; our database produces hymn books for example.

Cons

Some functionality difficult on a small screen, though with all our custom options hard to tell whether this is standard or a result of our complexity.

The live chat allows for quick support to be provided to make changes.

Cons

We are unable to run reports as we would like to without a large amount of cost or work - we have explored this with the openCRM team a number of times already.

A highly recommended solution to storing customer data, and managing their needs. We really feel like we are on top of the situation, rather than fire fighting.

Pros

Easy to use, easy to update. And we can monitor everything we need to.

Not a lot, really. Installation was pretty easy, and learning the system quick and painless

On the occasions that I have used the online support, the reaction has been almost immediate and the issue resolved. Every area of Open CRM that I have come into contact with has delivered first class customer service - we are exceptionally happy that we chose Open CRM - Thanks Guys

Pros

Both \[sensitive content hidden\] have been extremely patient and supportive during the Open CRM integration. The system does everything I desired (and more) and will allow us to collate and therefore, use our business information to evaluate and plan for the future. Everything is now in one place, has an audit trail and is easily searched for and used. The training sessions with \[sensitive content hidden\] were informal, informative, hands on and were never rushed. \[sensitive content hidden\] was always happy to go over a particular area of the system as many times as was necessary (which was often) to allow me full understanding.

Cons

There is nothing about using Open CRM that I dislike.

Very positive - best CRM i've ever used - would strongly recommend to others.

Pros

The system is comprehensive from cradle to grave in terms of adding contacts, seeing through the quote stage, order stage and invoice stage. The reports then produced to monitor the salesforce and see real results is invaluable.

Cons

Sometimes hangs on loading pages which then goes back to the main screen once started searching.

Pros

Easy access to all features of OpenCRM is vital either at the office or on the road. I find use of the software across my mobile phone, tablet and laptop makes ensures information is updated promptly.

Perhaps too many clicks to access some key windows. Preparation of reports needs

### "Best CRM out there "

Pros

OpenCRM is the best system out there for the simplicity of use and how you can easily customise the layouts etc. I have used a few CRM's and I found that I picked OpenCRM very quickly. It's very easy to navigate through the different modules. I have also had to reach out to the support team a few times and they have been nothing but supportive! Would highly recommend

Cons

Not applicable. I beleive it has everything that I would require for a CRM.

I used OpenCRM in my previous job so when I moved to a new company i set it up here as it found it simple and easy to navigate. The support is good and it does everything need.

Pros

Once you get the hang of how to customise filters for reports and the layout of pages it shows you all the specific information you want and the options to add as much or as little info and you want.

Cons

It doesn't have the option for me to use the oppurtunity section in the way i need it to so I use companies instead.

Was able to introduce quickly (over the Christmas Break) some years ago and haven't seen anything better since.

Pros

Straightforward. The basic CRM was simple for the team to pick up on. Logical installation. Good value.

Cons

Would originally liked to have been able to have complex quotes that we could easily personalise from fields within openCRM. Sometimes people have had some oddities where you think you have given people the same functionality and security but they don't completely match and people don't receive all they should. Sometimes there are too many ways in which you can do things and it is dificult to get all to follow the same route-more a management issue!

Reason for choosing OpenCRM

Best value, and could implement myself over a holiday period.

very good, never needed to speak to customer services, easy to use, all information I need is in one place and easy to find when needed.

Easy to use, all information I need in one easy to find solution

Cons

How I cannot load a new customers full name and information in one go, I have to put the customer name onto the system, save, and then edit to start filling in the information about them, otherwise you complete the form, and it wont let you save it.

### "A positive piece of kit!"

Pros

I like the layout the most - really easy to work around and very user friendly. Never had any issues with the speed or quality of the service - CRM does exactly what you need it to do when you need it to do it! Would definitely recommend.

Cons

I think the lack of user understanding into the full features that CRM offers is something that could be worked upon. We had a session with a CRM trainer to teach us some hidden features we were not aware of. Appreciate that we were able to find this out, but a more proactive attempt by CRM to demonstrate these functionalities would be appreciated.

### "Opportunities Tracking"

It's a good system, helps me keep track of my customers and manage my accounts effieciently whilst not missing out on key quotes and opportunities.

Pros

Tracking opportunities and reminders to follow up on quotes, leads & customer communication.

Cons

Currently takes 30 minutes for data to be transfered over from our current ordering system (Orderwise) to OCRM. This delay means logging information might be missed whilst we wait for the data to be sent across avoiding double entry.

### "A lot of bang for your buck"

In general it does the things we need, my core use is searching for client details, creating sales opportunities and reporting on them. All of the above works and works well.

Pros

Pricing was key for us as a growing business, the value for money based on the feature set received was a big factor in our buying decision.

Cons

When creating a new company, once you save it throws you off the record meaning you have to then search for the company to do any more work on the record.
