### "High Quality System"

Pros

A great system with a solution based approach to everything. They're invested in our vision and help us work towards it, planning new development is always met with a positive approach. When issues arise there's either a solution we can find in the high quality documentation or failing that, one of the support team is on hand.

Cons

The user module could be better linked into other modules, allowing the user setup to have more impact on custom fields throughout the system.

### "Open CRM Platform Review "

Good experience overall, definitely can improve a bit on user interface hence why a score of 6 in terms of referring. would be an 8 with a more solid user friendly interface.

Pros

It is very customizable and that helps set it up based on user needs

Cons

its is not great to navigate back on pages, and when creating accounts and trying to attach an account where you have multiple acccounts, when pressing back button you get an error and have to start again.

Pros

The Leads system is very helpful to use. Also the quotes and invoices.

Cons

It's more complicated in comparison to other CRM systems, there seems to be may fiddly in between bits that needs to be done. I think it could be more seamless.

I am very pleased with the support and ease of use.

Pros

OpenCRM is very intuitive and if there is anything you're not sure about, customer support is very responsive and knowledgeable.

Cons

There seems to be inconsistencies with our email syncing with OpenCRM's helpdesk. but this may be pilot error.

If you are referring to general system updates and new feature updates, we always try to perform those within out-of-office hours. This means you are able to arrive at your desk the morning after an update and immediately have access to all the new and updated features. If you are referring to bespoke development projects for your system, this can indeed take a few days/weeks, depending on our bespoke development schedule and the size of the work required. An ok start but the difficulty of locating customer responses in the Helpdesk and writing back to them is far harder than it needs to be.

Pros

Easy to see all messages across departments Plenty of information can be contained about customers/contacts Linking assets to Companies is especially useful

Cons

It's hard to find Customer responses in Helpdesk Way too many new tabs and windows make it too easy to lost what you're doing Apply function seems pointless

Very helpful for managing client interactions and staying on top of quoting and project stages. Could be designed to work better with a construction firm as is more targeted at Sales roles currently.

Pros

Very useful semi-automated workflows, although they took a bit of setting up and fine tuning.

Cons

The email client and difficult to integrate with 64bit outlook. Full outlook integration would improve the experience massively.

Reason for choosing OpenCRM

Liked the support that was offered and the single price point.

You can't change the skin or colours of the pages. It would be nice to be able to customise the standard colours.

Pros

I have recently learned this new system and it has been relatively simple and easy to follow. Coming from no knowledge of CRMs previously I have found the OpenCRM relatively intuitive and useful in terms of workflow and tracking.

Cons

I am not particularly keen on the aesthetic of the site. Additionally, some processes cannot be don in bulk but rather one at a time, repetitively - such as linking projects to one another through individual selection.
