Pros

I find this platform extremely easy to use when managing client data and I love the way it keeps track of email leads so myself and my colleagues can easily be aware of the latest updates.

Cons

Sometimes I have found the platform has glitched slightly and I have been unable to see past emails/contact names/numbers however the support team have always been really helpful!

### "Not appropriate for our business"

Whilst it may be a very good system for some things, it has proved time consuming and clumsy for my type of work

Pros

It's capacity to generate invoices from case recordings

Cons

It takes several more functions to record case notes, accessing emails and responding to these is very clunky with lots of seemingly unnecessary requirements. Contacts don't auto populate

9.5/10 - overall experience using OpenCRM is really good!

Pros

I really enjoy using OpenCRM, despite only using it for a couple of month, I have found it relatively easy to pick up and learn new features. \[sensitive content hidden\], one of the staff there, is really helpful, answers all questions and showed me some really helpful stuff I have put forward to the team.

Cons

Not much, the things I like the least is due to my lack of knowledge.

The quick PDF conversion. The online calculator. The accuracy. We can access all the quotations easily. Creating invoice is easy.

It lags sometime. Also the current window shows 20 open quotes, if we can see more quotes it'd be great.
