Great platform to use for what we need it for. We probably don't use it to the best of its function. Support is always available when yo need it.

Pros

Easy to use. Clearly formatted and easy to navigate. Visually pleasant.

Cons

Sometimes setting up reports can be tricky. Occasional duplication of leads if inputting at the same time.

Very helpful, and I would not be able to do my job without it. Keeps a lot of information stored and navigates quickly. Easy to use.

Pros

It is a relatively fast process to find what you are looking for and well laid out. You are offered tutorials on a regular basis. Even if you don't require them it is reassuring to know that help is a click away.

Cons

I am happy with everything, well there is just one over eager drop down box that drops if you hover over near it. It just gets in the way of the drop box below it and you have to wait for it to go back in its slot. LOL apart from that it is very useful.

### "Great system and great value for money "

This is the second time i have now introduced Open CRM to a company. Both companies i have brought this system in to have found that it works so well.

Pros

I like how customisable the system is! Our company records information in different ways so being able to adapt the system easily is a key feature

Cons

the only thing i do not like about the system is the colour. It is not always the easiest colours to work with

I am very pleased with the support and ease of use.

Pros

OpenCRM is very intuitive and if there is anything you're not sure about, customer support is very responsive and knowledgeable.

Cons

There seems to be inconsistencies with our email syncing with OpenCRM's helpdesk. but this may be pilot error.

OpenCRM has been a great way or organising and managing our sales and marketing data, collecting it into one place rather than relying on various different spreadsheets or peoples email contact.

Pros

I like that almost everything is configurable so that you can tailor it to meet your companies requirements.

Cons

The graphical display is not a good as some of it's competitors. For instance the graphical reporting is limited and it's missing some of the drag and drop functionality that many of the other companies selling CRM solutions include.

easy to quote, easy to send contracts - thats what I need.

Pros

I came from being a regular salesforce user, to me what was a relatively unknown in the CRM world. Its easy to use, easy to quote and send contracts for customer signatures.

Cons

none currently, I love it! I think if a user is deleted off the system, all their imprints are also gone - but i could be wrong?

### "Everyday management of training courses"

Pros

1\. All the information is easily accessible 2. The reporting function is good 3. Holds information about one event with good links to background information on the company, booking contact, trainer running the course and learners

Cons

1\. The search function is poor and very sensitive. 2. It hasn't, in my experience linked well with other office software. 3. Has a few points where it takes you to a different page after you have been editing.

The support you get on Chat. I have set our system up with out any previous experience. The support team with on call through the whole process and no amount of questions were too much.

Cons

There is a few fields that I would like to remove, such as the task durations etc but they are easily ignored.

The experience of working with OpenCRM has been exceptional for us as a developing recruitment business. It is simple to use for beginners and the Customer Portal where we upload documents is great.

Pros

The OpenCRM team were friendly and adaptable to make this software exactly how we required it for our business needs. It's functionality and user friendly interface mean we can carry out our tasks and invoicing with minimal fuss.

Cons

It would be useful if Customer Portal Documents could appear alphabetically.

Pros

The ease of use, the custom ability, and the additional chat function support.

Cons

I would of liked to have tailored the tabs on the company module a little more but there is always a workaround, that's the beauty of it.

Reason for choosing OpenCRM

We are a Global company and the UK are the first country within the organisation to roll out a new CRM system. Due to this, we didn't want to over invest and find that the system was not utilised fully by the work force. From start to finish I have felt supported, valued and listened to by the Team at Open CRM, to name a few, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] have offered me extensive and valued support and have listened to and taken on board our company vision and CRM needs to implement a software that is great for our organisation. The set up and customisation is very user friendly and easy to use. We have now rolled out our new system which has been welcomed with very positive feedback.

### "Excellent crm system"

It was easy to set up with the help of open crm and its easy to use.

Cons

It would be nice if I could have my company colours on the system, so when we send out paperwork it has my branding on it.

### "Easy Open CRM"

Having all the information in relation to companies, contacts and opportunities in one place makes life so much easier.

Pros

Very easy to use and manage, the ability to easily change fields to suit our market place and produce relevant reports that assist the sales team do their job.

Cons

Sometimes takes a while to work out how to change a column on a standard search result, but OpenCRM are always on hand to assist.

### "Powerful CRM at a faction of the cost"

I'm very happy with the product, once you get over the initial configuration and setup of the product (which can be very granular) so that it works for your business its a very powerful tool, from small business up to the enterprise.

Pros

This CRM product has everything that you need and when you need it, without the addional overhead of having to purchase every addon as you need it. This allows you to know that you have a very comprehensive feature set from day one. It has numerous integrations built in, for example JotForm, Xero, Mailchimp and Sage to name a few, which all help with the sale process and can help with the customer relationship.

Cons

The interface can be outdated at times and features/options can be hard to find unless you know where they are. But the team at OpenCRM are working on updating the interface and the latest releases are looking much nicer and easier to use.

### "Great CRM for a small business"

Pros

As a fairly small organisation, we find Open CRM easy to use with a handful of users. The support team are excellent when we run into any difficulties and is quick to help. I have used a range of CRMs in the past at previous organisations, some 4x the price of Open CRM but I haven't found them to be as effective or user friendly as Open CRM.

Cons

The reporting is a bit confusing and could do with being made simipliar.

### "Not the best"

Not great. Our company has been using for a few years and as we have grown its failings have become more frustrating and apparent. We are changing CRM.

Pros

it has all the features you would expect of an online CRM

Cons

Its badly laid out and very buggy. We kept coming across things that didnt work. when we reported these bugs OpenCRM admitted they didn't work but if we wanted that functinoality we would have to pay for it. The email program is very bad and barely functions. The reporting system is also overly complex

OpenCRM does not have an email client, so we were left a little puzzled by your comment stating that our email program is 'very bad and barely functions'. It's always disappointing when we have been unable to quantify the areas that you were struggling with, and for that, I can only apologise. Our goal is a bug-free experience for our thousands of users. To clarify, we have never charged for bug fixing, and our approach to feedback around areas of the system that have genuine issues has always been to embrace the feedback to make our product better for our whole community.
