### "Contact management on the move."

Keeping a handle on customer contacts and touch points is vital to keeping opportunites progressing to new business.

Pros

Easy access to all features of OpenCRM is vital either at the office or on the road. I find use of the software across my mobile phone, tablet and laptop makes ensures information is updated promptly.

Cons

Perhaps too many clicks to access some key windows. Preparation of reports needs

### "Excellent value software"

Was able to introduce quickly (over the Christmas Break) some years ago and haven't seen anything better since.

Pros

Straightforward. The basic CRM was simple for the team to pick up on. Logical installation. Good value.

Cons

Would originally liked to have been able to have complex quotes that we could easily personalise from fields within openCRM. Sometimes people have had some oddities where you think you have given people the same functionality and security but they don't completely match and people don't receive all they should. Sometimes there are too many ways in which you can do things and it is dificult to get all to follow the same route-more a management issue!

Reason for choosing OpenCRM

Best value, and could implement myself over a holiday period.

### "A positive piece of kit!"

Pros

I like the layout the most - really easy to work around and very user friendly. Never had any issues with the speed or quality of the service - CRM does exactly what you need it to do when you need it to do it! Would definitely recommend.

Cons

I think the lack of user understanding into the full features that CRM offers is something that could be worked upon. We had a session with a CRM trainer to teach us some hidden features we were not aware of. Appreciate that we were able to find this out, but a more proactive attempt by CRM to demonstrate these functionalities would be appreciated.

Pros

Easy to use and navigate. Prompts are there to help if stuck, and functions in a user friendly format.

Keywords are sometimes very sensitive-could be broadened.

### "Opportunities Tracking"

It's a good system, helps me keep track of my customers and manage my accounts effieciently whilst not missing out on key quotes and opportunities.

Pros

Tracking opportunities and reminders to follow up on quotes, leads & customer communication.

Cons

Currently takes 30 minutes for data to be transfered over from our current ordering system (Orderwise) to OCRM. This delay means logging information might be missed whilst we wait for the data to be sent across avoiding double entry.

### "A lot of bang for your buck"

In general it does the things we need, my core use is searching for client details, creating sales opportunities and reporting on them. All of the above works and works well.

Pros

Pricing was key for us as a growing business, the value for money based on the feature set received was a big factor in our buying decision.

Cons

When creating a new company, once you save it throws you off the record meaning you have to then search for the company to do any more work on the record.

### "EASE of use and CLient tracking"

Overall experience is excellent.

Pros

Capacity to list and record multiple contacts, level of detail permitted and historic conversations.

Cons

I am unable to see if a colleague has back dated an entry or time they contacted a client. In this instance, if an Acct manager has not made contact w a client for more than 3 months, the account can be requested by another AM. After requesting the account I have encountered instances where an entry was back dated in order to save the account being transferred. Is there a way around this?

### "User friendly system with great customer support"

Easy to use once you've given it a go. Practice makes perfect so setting yourself up as a dummy contact or lead for testing is a must! With the customer support option and their quick responses it makes it overall a good exprience

Pros

The chat facility is a very useful tool. I've go stuck a few times trying to do a mailer and have been given immediate support every time using the chat option. Much better than having to spend hours on the phone or communicate by email

Cons

Initial set up was a bit difficult but mainly due to having to learn a new system. Some of the headings of sections on the site are a little misleading, for example the difference between a lead and a contact, but once you've got the hang of it, nice and user friendly

Pros

Everything is in one place and easy to use once integrated with our internal processes.

Cons

The initial set up takes a little longer than we would like. The training provided was extensive however it may benefit from being a little more focused on user requirements

Pros

OpenCRM is easy to use & good value for Money- We have customised the software so that it works for our business and I especially like the helpdesk. Any queries are answered promptly and without fuss.

Cons

We haven't made use of all the available options as the work involved is quite time consuming although this is more my fault then that of OpenCRM as I haven't made the time to look at everything it could help us with!

Very helpful. Online chat sorts out most queries we have.

Pros

This software has enabled us to much more efficient and increase productivity. Particularly like quote generation which now is much more streamlined.

Cons

After using the same CRM software for over 12 years it was a little hard to begin with and we are still learning all the time. However, it was very easy to implement and has been worth it.

Found ACT to be less efficient over time and did not work well with Outlook which caused diary issues with the number of video calls we had during Lock down.

### "New to OpenCRM so still working out the kinks."

The customer service is amazing and would highly recommend OpenCRM based on that alone. The team really helped me learn the system as someone newer to the product.

Pros

The ability to track progress visually is very useful, especially with the sales pipeline and the ability to know what my future workflow will be.

Cons

The quoting system is difficult to use at first, and isn't the easiest system to adjust when large amounts of product information and images need updating. For an e-commerce site which cycles through stock regularly, this is a large task.

### "Great system and great value for money "

This is the second time i have now introduced Open CRM to a company. Both companies i have brought this system in to have found that it works so well.

Pros

I like how customisable the system is! Our company records information in different ways so being able to adapt the system easily is a key feature

Cons

the only thing i do not like about the system is the colour. It is not always the easiest colours to work with

OpenCRM has been a great way or organising and managing our sales and marketing data, collecting it into one place rather than relying on various different spreadsheets or peoples email contact.

Pros

I like that almost everything is configurable so that you can tailor it to meet your companies requirements.

Cons

The graphical display is not a good as some of it's competitors. For instance the graphical reporting is limited and it's missing some of the drag and drop functionality that many of the other companies selling CRM solutions include.

### "OCRM - breeze to use and superb value! "

easy to quote, easy to send contracts - thats what I need.

Pros

I came from being a regular salesforce user, to me what was a relatively unknown in the CRM world. Its easy to use, easy to quote and send contracts for customer signatures.

Cons

none currently, I love it! I think if a user is deleted off the system, all their imprints are also gone - but i could be wrong?

Very pleasant

Pros

The support you get on Chat. I have set our system up with out any previous experience. The support team with on call through the whole process and no amount of questions were too much.

Cons

There is a few fields that I would like to remove, such as the task durations etc but they are easily ignored.

The experience of working with OpenCRM has been exceptional for us as a developing recruitment business. It is simple to use for beginners and the Customer Portal where we upload documents is great.

Pros

The OpenCRM team were friendly and adaptable to make this software exactly how we required it for our business needs. It's functionality and user friendly interface mean we can carry out our tasks and invoicing with minimal fuss.

Cons

It would be useful if Customer Portal Documents could appear alphabetically.

Very good.

Pros

The ease of use, the custom ability, and the additional chat function support.

Cons

I would of liked to have tailored the tabs on the company module a little more but there is always a workaround, that's the beauty of it.

Reason for choosing OpenCRM

We are a Global company and the UK are the first country within the organisation to roll out a new CRM system. Due to this, we didn't want to over invest and find that the system was not utilised fully by the work force. From start to finish I have felt supported, valued and listened to by the Team at Open CRM, to name a few, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] have offered me extensive and valued support and have listened to and taken on board our company vision and CRM needs to implement a software that is great for our organisation. The set up and customisation is very user friendly and easy to use. We have now rolled out our new system which has been welcomed with very positive feedback.
