### "Excellent crm system"

I have all my customers in one place and its easy to organise my events and keep track of where I am up to with the customers

Pros

It was easy to set up with the help of open crm and its easy to use.

Cons

It would be nice if I could have my company colours on the system, so when we send out paperwork it has my branding on it.

### "Easy Open CRM"

Having all the information in relation to companies, contacts and opportunities in one place makes life so much easier.

Pros

Very easy to use and manage, the ability to easily change fields to suit our market place and produce relevant reports that assist the sales team do their job.

Cons

Sometimes takes a while to work out how to change a column on a standard search result, but OpenCRM are always on hand to assist.

### "Powerful CRM at a faction of the cost"

I'm very happy with the product, once you get over the initial configuration and setup of the product (which can be very granular) so that it works for your business its a very powerful tool, from small business up to the enterprise.

Pros

This CRM product has everything that you need and when you need it, without the addional overhead of having to purchase every addon as you need it. This allows you to know that you have a very comprehensive feature set from day one. It has numerous integrations built in, for example JotForm, Xero, Mailchimp and Sage to name a few, which all help with the sale process and can help with the customer relationship.

Cons

The interface can be outdated at times and features/options can be hard to find unless you know where they are. But the team at OpenCRM are working on updating the interface and the latest releases are looking much nicer and easier to use.

### "Great CRM for a small business"

Pros

As a fairly small organisation, we find Open CRM easy to use with a handful of users. The support team are excellent when we run into any difficulties and is quick to help. I have used a range of CRMs in the past at previous organisations, some 4x the price of Open CRM but I haven't found them to be as effective or user friendly as Open CRM.

Cons

The reporting is a bit confusing and could do with being made simipliar.

It is easy to navigate, has a great flow throughout the program too

Cons

the choice of colours on dashboard, could use a little more choice there, especially with multiple users.

### "Not the best"

Not great. Our company has been using for a few years and as we have grown its failings have become more frustrating and apparent. We are changing CRM.

Pros

it has all the features you would expect of an online CRM

Cons

Its badly laid out and very buggy. We kept coming across things that didnt work. when we reported these bugs OpenCRM admitted they didn't work but if we wanted that functinoality we would have to pay for it. The email program is very bad and barely functions. The reporting system is also overly complex

OpenCRM does not have an email client, so we were left a little puzzled by your comment stating that our email program is 'very bad and barely functions'. It's always disappointing when we have been unable to quantify the areas that you were struggling with, and for that, I can only apologise. Our goal is a bug-free experience for our thousands of users. To clarify, we have never charged for bug fixing, and our approach to feedback around areas of the system that have genuine issues has always been to embrace the feedback to make our product better for our whole community. ### "OpenCRM User Review "

Very user friendly and is leaps and bounds ahead of our previous CRM solution (ACT) It has streamlined our maintenance renewals process and allows us to accurately track man hours vs the cost of our maintenance contracts. From this we can work out profit/loss.

Pros

Easy to navigate and very user friendly. The best feature for me is that all emails to/from clients are automatically attached to the relevant account.

Cons

When using Chrome, on occasion, if you press "back" on the webpage, you get a "confirm resubmission" error message

Overall I like using OpenCRM and the Support staff are really friendly and knowledgable.

Pros

It's easy to use and navigate. And it's also easy to add products and pricing etc.,

Cons

With ticketing I don't like the fact that if you add an email in the cc when raising a ticket directly from CRM, the cc recipients don't receive the ticket update.

### "Comprehensive CRM system with impressive customisability and great support"

Pros

Easy to use and ultimately customisable - the OpenCRM platform allows us to quickly adapt our sales processes and inventory, be that adding new product lines, amending the sales order processes, starting up new offices (with associated new terms & conditions), or any development that would typically throw a spanner into the works; we know that OpenCRM can be quickly adapted to allow our business to keep running without delay. The customer services and chat support functions are one of the best on the market and i'd rate them highest amongst any of the 3rd party systems we use. Their staff are knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond.

Cons

The user permissions can be a little tricky to get the hang of, with permission levels being either too high or too low to allow the user to access what's required for their job role.

Its the first CRM I have worked with, It seems it has lots of feature I don't use or don't know about, but knowing about them would be handy. The UI feels dated and had to use/see where to go.

Pros

I like the templating of products. So I can group products into a single product so when I add to a quote it adds the whole list. However, I wish these were easier to change. I also like how everything links e.g lead, contact, company, opportunity, and quote.

Cons

Not being able to auto update quote with either the current exchange rate or with the updated prices of the products. Plus if there was an update button it would help any time a minor change is made to a product.

I like that all the data is linked and integrated, which means you do not miss little contacts or notes.

Cons

The interface does take a bit of getting used to, so could do with being a bit more user friendly

We are able to easily store large amounts of customer data in an easy to use format for the whole company. This can then be used by sales/support/marketing as required without the need for multiple databases.

Pros

Ease of use when tracking customer details/projects. Levels of customisation we are able to add in to tweak processes to match existing external processes.

Cons

The lack of automation. We do not use the software for quoting due to the uniqueness of our quotes (no two are the same), so this aspect could be improved.

This is a great product and our growing company is using this more and more.

Pros

Great customizable system with added products that can assist in other departments.

Cons

The Customer service technical understanding seems to of dropped over the last couple of years. When first using the system any problems the Customer service agent would be able to solve the issue on the phone. rather than having to speak to a colleague and then coming back via email.

Pros

Easy to navigate, it would be nice if it looked and was branded more to match our corporate style.

Cons

The support team often talk to you in a technical way assuming you understand the system as well as they do. The email creator could be more pictorial like Canva/stripo without the need to import source coding.

I decided to go with OpenCRM to keep track of my business admin. I have found it indispensable for managing my projects, contacts and invoices. I previously relied on spreadsheets and text files, but the move to OpenCRM has helped tie everything together.

Pros

Keeping track of projects and invoices, simplicity, ease of use, calendar functionality, integrations , customer service and help

Cons

When I was first setting up, things took a while as I am quite a basic user. There were a lot of settings to switch off that I didn't need.
