I like this software as I find it easy to use with the search and filter facilities and it is easy to search for analytics and identify tasks needed.

Cons

Sometimes loading and saving are slow but this is only on occasion

Pros

What I like the most of CRM is how friendly and easy to use.

Cons

It would be interested if we could customize our own home page with the tabs we most need and the color.

### "easy to navigate "

Pros

The software is easy to navigate and when you can't find something the support is great, there are some very good documents in the knowledge base that make it easy to work out

Cons

when something does update, it can throw the formatting out of the crm layout so notes don't fit as they used to. Using the CRM from mobile/tablet could be improved greatly

With there being so much custom options it can be a bit of a minefield to start with but once trained up it is easy

### "User friendly - Does what it says it will"

I use this all day every day, without it I could not do my job. This system was in place when I joined Hardies so dont know anything else.

Pros

Its so easy to use and everything is tracked. No hiding here for amendments to things and has a clear audit of everyhing.

Cons

It can sometimes be easy to click the wrong button or not open up properly when on mobile.

Pros

This software is very user friendly. One of the things I like about this software is the option to put a follow update to contact your client. I have used other software that don't have this option and you have to manually search for the clients. CRM also allows you the pull many different reports and transfer to excel sheet for example call reports, full database, opportunity reports and quote reports.

Cons

I can't think of any thing I don't like abt CRM.

Ease of sending the invoices to xero. I work daily on the invoicing and this has been really helpful.
