### "Not your typical client"

Pros

As a small buisness finding our feet and figuring things out it was really important to us to work with an approachable service provider that gave us a CRM that was adaptable. Thats what we got!

Cons

I think it would be really helpful to have your email inbox live within the CRM - if I was opening CRM to open my emails i'd probably be using the platform more consistantly!

Reason for choosing OpenCRM

The honest answer here is we were looking for somehing UK based with staff who could hold our hand if we needed!

Helps to provide quick and simple quotes for clients. Easy to put in pdf format.Helps with my day to day activities

Pros

Simple and easy to navigate and use. Good standard features and reports are easy to build

Cons

Editing of quotes could be improved. It can be tricky to swap lines of quotes or move them into different positions /order on the quote. Software can lag sometimes on large quotes

Pros

Like all CRMs, once you get used to it, it is simple to use and easy to manage call backs etc. It does the job but dont expect anything near SalesForce capabilities.

Cons

Not easy to find old missed activities, reporting and analytics may as well not exist.

Easy to track quotes and convert them into opportunities.

Cons

Editing the pdf templates. You have to know a bit of basic code. It should be more drag and drop

integrating with internal systems keeping track of data

Pros

I love how well documented the api is and how easy it is to customize the data that we want to fetch out of the api. I love how well it works with Tools such as clicddata. I really love how easy it is to contact the support team too.

Cons

The only con I would say is I cannot pull the documents out of the sales orders - but I have created a URL link to this section.

This includes page layouts, field creation, PDFs, Email templates...pretty much everything. If you need our assistance to make those changes, you are correct, we do charge for our Professional Services team's time.  If you wish to make those kinds of changes yourself, the option is there and that route would incur no charge.
