The software is really easy and intuitive to use and can easily be adapted to the way that we want to work and view data. The team behind the scenes are excellent, support is on hand immediately to me and my team whenever we need it.

Pros

The team made the transition from Salesforce to OpenCRM painless, dealing with everything and ensuring that all our data was transferred into the correct fields. The team at OpenCRM have continued to offer first class support whenever we need it.

Everyone is always really helpful and quick to reply. \[sensitive content hidden\] is the most helpful person ever! We started with a company of about 6 people using the system, we now have over 23 and a second company who have just signed up!

Pros

Easy and straight forward to use! The customer support is really quick and helpful. They system itself is adaptable and you can make it work how you need to.

Cons

Can be a bit glitchy and clunky. Sometimes the views need special numbers instead of doing the normal drop downs which can be confusing.

My overall experience with OpenCRM has been very positive. It’s a well-designed, user-friendly CRM system that has made managing contacts, tasks, and projects much easier and more efficient day to day.

Pros

OpenCRM is a very efficient and reliable system with a clean, easy-to-use interface. It’s intuitive, well-organized, and makes managing client data and communication smooth and hassle-free.

Cons

At times, the load times can feel a bit slow, especially when switching between modules or accessing reports, but it’s nothing that severely disrupts workflow.

bit of a learning curve, so if we had a bespoke user guide specifically tailored around our functionality, that would be great. also accessibility features, which are probably there, but not as visible as could be required.

We've used it for many years now, and always find the team incredibly helpful and open to suggestions for changes and tweaks.

Pros

It's a big system, but one which can be tailored to our needs. And in our case, we have tailored it massively to handle workflow that would not normally be expected of a CRM system.

Cons

Occasionally we find something in the system works in a way that seems less than ideal (eg some records are searchable only by their name, not by their numeric reference), and when that happens, which is rare, the cost of altering is high.

Fairly positive, it's not the best on the market but it does the job.

Pros

Easy to use and customise. Reports are easy to build and maintain. The functionality is very good. The Helpdesk team are on hand to support.

Cons

The appearance and layout. It is very difficult to read the information on OpenCRM. In Opportunities text boxes are the same text as the titles, there is no differentiation between the text and no outline or bold text.

We already use and element of it within the business.

Brilliant company to work with, with friendly supportive technical team. I've always found them a pleasure to work with and they are happy to investigate work around to any challenges we throw at them.

Pros

Really good for general customer management and sales tasks, with brilliant report features.

Cons

We are a training company and the event module can be a bit repetitive at times and clunky around the edges. It has got better and we have had some development work done to help meet our needs.

I have personally used OpenCRM in two different business for circa 10 years now. The team have been great and really helpful if we've ever had to contact them. The reports and view functions and that fact that its so tailorable make it a winner for our business. We have designed the 'opportunity' page to manage our training enquiries, from the initial enquiry, through to win, course set up, post course and finance. Our whole process on one page.

Pros

Its customability. We have tailored the system, page layouts and reports to suit our exact processes to make it streamlined as possible for our team.

Cons

If i'm being ultra critical and it would be picking holes it looks a little dated compared to other systems but i'd rather have substance over style/

Reason for choosing OpenCRM

We looked at 5 different CRM systems at the time. i felt that for a former Salesforce user OpenCRM seemed easy to pick up the functionalities. The MD of OpenCRM took that time to speak to myself and other members of the team and answer our questions. The fact that we were able to create our own layouts and report on any field was the main reasons for choosing OpenCRM. Cost was also a factor as we felt we were getting value for money.

This is a very adaptable system, perfect for tracking opportunities and planning work tasks. It is a system that can grow with a company, unlocking new modules and customisations as it is adopted and utilised more.

Pros

OpenCRM is easy to use and to customise based on our business needs. System administration is user friendly, so even end users without an IT background can understand and be involved in customisation. There are many user guides available, and, when needed, the customer service is very responsive and helpful. There are many additional modules which can be utilised, such as activity management which integrates with the Calendar and is very helpful for organising workload. I find it very helpful to use the functionality available to create activity plans for opportunities which help to ensure that customer needs are met at optimum times.

Cons

Overall OpenCRM is a great system. My minor frustration has been that there are a limited number of filters in the reports. Although I generally find the number of filters available are sufficient for most purposes.

### "everything i need in one place"

great! I use it everyday to plan my work schedule, plan tasks for upcoming events and collaborate with other team members. Helps me keep track of tasks and work more efficiently.

Pros

data entry is logical and easy to do. retrieving contacts and adding to campaigns is simple and makes emailing groups of contacts more efficient. The support team are great, the chat function works really well and the team are quick to respond and solve things.

Cons

sometimes it's not obvious where or how to do things just by looking at the screen, but the help button explains things well and so do the support group chat.

Very helpful, and I would not be able to do my job without it. Keeps a lot of information stored and navigates quickly. Easy to use.

Pros

It is a relatively fast process to find what you are looking for and well laid out. You are offered tutorials on a regular basis. Even if you don't require them it is reassuring to know that help is a click away.

Cons

I am happy with everything, well there is just one over eager drop down box that drops if you hover over near it. It just gets in the way of the drop box below it and you have to wait for it to go back in its slot. LOL apart from that it is very useful.

If you are referring to general system updates and new feature updates, we always try to perform those within out-of-office hours. This means you are able to arrive at your desk the morning after an update and immediately have access to all the new and updated features. If you are referring to bespoke development projects for your system, this can indeed take a few days/weeks, depending on our bespoke development schedule and the size of the work required. Very helpful for managing client interactions and staying on top of quoting and project stages. Could be designed to work better with a construction firm as is more targeted at Sales roles currently.

Pros

Very useful semi-automated workflows, although they took a bit of setting up and fine tuning.

Cons

The email client and difficult to integrate with 64bit outlook. Full outlook integration would improve the experience massively.

Excellent experience

Pros

We are a small not for profit company and we found the other services software had lots of features that were not relevant to us, the features that were relevant were not easy to navigate. The OpenCRM team bespoke their software to meet our services needs and gave us training on how to use the range of features. Their help chat line is excellent ! quick and professionals.. please they talk through any steps in a way I (who has limited IT skills) can understand. We use the software daily.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind- we have no complains about OpenCRM
