SalesOutlook is straightforward, easy to use and customize without any hidden cost and great customer service. It's doesn't require learning a whole new product because it integrates right into Outlook

Cons

I just miss physical manuals sometimes but everyone is digital now

Pros

How familiar it feels from using outlook for so long. It’s great not having to learn an entirely new system.

Cons

A CRM built directly into Outlook? What bad can I really say? No complaints from me, this have been a fantastic CRM to use

I have been utilizing SalesOutlook CRM for several months and I must say, I am impressed with its performance and features. Our retention rates and customer satisfaction have improved since we started using this platform. Integrating it with Outlook is seamless and very user-friendly, which makes it easier for us to manage customer relationships.

Cons

So far, I haven't come across any negative issues with this. Everything is great!

Prior to implementing a CRM, we had no way to capture all of the sales intelligence our sales team had on our customers. Some reps kept paper notes, some used one note, some kept it in their head. With having an older sales force and facing upcoming retirements, we needed an easy solution to start capturing this data. SalesOutlook has done just that. The implementation was seamless and the customer service is outstanding. Quick response by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] every time we have a question or an issue.

Pros

SalesOutlook is our company's first CRM system, so we needed to find a system that not only met our needs from a sales and management standpoint, but also was easy to understand and use for our tenured sales reps who have never worked in a CRM. SalesOutlook fit the bill. We also love that it is integrated into Outlook, so the sales reps do not need to sign into a separate system.

Cons

For our situation, SalesOutlook fits all of our needs.

The UI is self explanatory.Its easy to navigate and customizable to your organizations need.Customer inquiry is very easy, managing leads is convenient too.

Cons

The UI is could be more user friendly like salesforce. This one looks more like the older day screens.The product was also not compatible with certain windows version you have to use older ones.

Although, I do believe the software could use an update and mostly have more integrated features because sometimes you can cut short on features.

After it was realized that the product would not work, we were told sorry but no refunds. After several weeks of wasted time with the SF tech rep for a product that never worked we were told too bad. They offered to continue attempts to make operational but we would have to pay for additional tech support hours.

Pros

Nothing. Was never able to make functional despite multiple attempts by the SalesOutlook tech rep to repeatedly download the software; which they billed against pre-paid tech support.

Cons

The product would not operate properly on Windows 10 with Office 365 despite multiple reloads of Office 365 and the SalesOutlook software.

Sales Outlook CRM is easy to use, especially if you already work in Outlook. Setup is quick, and it’s simple to turn emails and meetings into contacts, companies, and deals. The pipeline view is clear, search is fast, and basic reports are enough for weekly check-ins. It’s not great for heavy customization or complex automations, and integrations outside the Microsoft world can be limited. Mobile works but isn’t amazing. Overall, it’s a solid, no-frills CRM for teams that live in their inbox and want something straightforward without a long setup or training. Overall easy on the learning curve.

Pros

As a job recruiter what I like best is not having to switch in Outlook: Being able to turn any email or meeting into a tracked candidate or client record without leaving the inbox is the biggest win. It feels like a natural extension of Outlook rather than “another tool.”

Cons

Mobile use, automation and reporting need improvement. Mobile experience is just okay: You can do essentials on the go, but heavy recruiters who live on mobile may find it cramped or slower than best-in-class mobile apps. Automation isn’t very rich: Simple workflows and reminders are fine, but advanced, branching automations, multi-step cadence builders, and lead/candidate scoring are limited without add-ons. Reporting and analytics are basic: Good for pipeline snapshots, but not for advanced forecasting, cohort analysis, or custom dashboards without exporting to Excel/Power BI.
