Awesome customer service, reps available for help both in store and via phone and email

Pros

It was so easy to use, and the information was carried over from our old system. You can create multiple follow up processes and run all aspects of the business.

Cons

I haven't ran into anything they haven't been able to create a case for and get it fixed for me.

Pros

I like that I am able to log in from anywhere. This provides the ability of being able to work from several locations.

Cons

I have experienced a slight lag in the customers popping up in the Next's Up Mobile App. Therefore i had to check a couple of times between systems. Other than that no issues.

Pros

The seminars are easy enough to get in to, you can take notes along the way and keeping important tips at hand.

Cons

When I refer people to them, I'd like to be able to send them the website link with a video demo instead of just text info on the site. A "mock up" would be a great addition to get people on board.

Pros

Not a lot of links to send you to other pages etc. Was easy navigation and smooth. No drop down menus or anything extra.

Cons

It didnt explain what was to be reviewed clearly. I assumed they meant the interfacing for the review but It wasn't 100% clear.

Keeping up with clients and all notes associated are kept efficiently and securely

Pros

I appreciate the ease of creating, updating or looking up clients by personalized criteria. Duplicated profiles are easily merged and notes are easily taken. Scheduling is incredibly efficient.

Cons

The texting function could be improved by adding a reverse lookup to ensure that the numbers provided are not landlines.
