I have been using the Sales NOW product for about a year. I have found it extremely easy to use. And the customer service is outstanding. We contact them with a change or needing to get something new out of the program and they are very willing to help and quickly get back to me.

Pros

That it was helpful to see what we had in quotes and what we won as a job.

Cons

It did not work too well on Iphones. My outside sales people could never use it on their Iphones. Every time they tried putting information in on their phones after meeting with someone, it would delete it. It would never save and never sync when they would come into the office.

Pros

Flexible and customized. The software has the users priority/security control and is easy to customize. The support is very helpful.

Cons

It is cover everything we need: opportunity tacking, order tacking and marketing. And, it is not expensive.

Easy to use. I am not using all of the features yet, but will as the business grows.

Cons

I can't look up a contact by email address. I don't like new windows opening all the time.
