SURE, is a subscription and revenue management software which gives invaluable insights like churn, customized billing rules, collection processes etc.

Pros

SURE, is a billing and a revenue management system that helped us in recurring billing for invoices and automated collection follow-ups.

Cons

As it is a huge product deployed for multiple customers across segments change management is bit time taking.

Simple system usage fulfilling most of our needs by default and extremely helpful support team that can handle anything we need

Pros

Very simple user interface- Unified portal for both inhouse system & b2b- Great user access control model - Extremely helpful support team. Pricing is also a big plus

Cons

Nothing in general but maybe due to our specific and complex business needs not all the options needed are available through the configuration module nevertheless MQ support team can overcome using hard coding, in addition some limitations in default reporting module but nothing that cannot be handled by customer reports requested by MQ support team.

Pros

It has all the features needed by any broadband provider.

Cons

It's a oracle DB and Magnaquest need to work alternate database.
