Overall a very positive experience. Lime CRM provides a solid foundation for customer‑centric work and process ownership. When combined with good dialogue and support it becomes a strong tool for both daily operations and long‑term structure.

Pros

Strong flexibility and good support for structured customer workflows. Lime CRM works well for tracking communication, cases, and customer history in one place. I also really appreciate the personal and responsive support, the collaboration with \[sensitive content hidden\] has been excellent, with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach and quick feedback.

Cons

Some workflows require initial setup and internal alignment to fully match real‑life processes. Certain functions are powerful but not always immediately intuitive, which can require guidance or training before teams fully adopt them.

Overall, I appreciate the few limitations that allow us to have a CRM system that encompasses more than just pure customer data.

Pros

The biggest advantage is the ability to see aggregated data composed from the user's perspective, as well as the automations and smart updates that can be created in the system.

Cons

The biggest disadvantage is that it is sometimes difficult to understand where each data belongs. The interface sometimes lacks logic for the user.

I previously worked in Lime Easy and found it easier to get an overview there compared to Lime CRM. CRM contains a lot of functionality, but there is room for improvement when it comes to gaining a clear overview.

Pros

It is easy to save both text, documents and email. The reminders help me organize my different tasks.

Cons

It would be better if the emails that are imported were sorted by their original dates, instead of all being assigned the same date for the day I add them.

We changed from: Lime Easy because it was not updated and we could not keep using this. We had to make the changes.

We use it on daily basis to connect and deal with emails from our customers. Perfect platform to use within the company

Cons

We only usew it i customerservice and can use it more within our company. Tricky to learn some parts.

Overall good experience. Easy to use on Desktop/Mobile and with modifications it's easy to use on the field as well.

Pros

Easy to use and easy to modify. Their support is top of the line with rapid response on every topic. Great for sales teams that wants control and easy overview of their tasks.

Cons

I could wish for more integrations with third party vendors. Some plugins could need some extra love as well.

We are satisfied with both everyday use and more nische tasks and analysis, the BI suite provide excellent reporting functionality

Pros

Customizability, we use SQL to utomate processes and the database designer covers all our needs to tailor the system to our needs.

Cons

Some features are needlessly locked and are only accessable through lime personell. Old features and packages are not updated often enough.

Most of all beside the above it is the staff that works at Lime. We have a great cooperation both in the long term and when we need to get more immediate attention.

Pros

It's scalability, modifiability, API and and the intuitive GUI.

Cons

IT has become much better but some mail gets stuck when the system will send an announcement back to the customer when they file a request in our work order solution.

Pros

I appreciate the program's user-friendliness, flexibility, and the ability to adapt the modules to the administrative flow of our organization.

Cons

Writing an order confirmation from a word template takes time. It feels like a bottleneck in my productivity.

The flexibility! As an admin I love the fact that I can do specific changes without having to turn to support/consultant

Cons

We are currently ”stuck” in the desktop client because the web client did not have the sufficient capabilities at the time. Now the switch to web is almost to big to do…

Very bad and compllicated, small boxes, totally outdated, No integrations with any of our systems like Fortnox, Get accept, Lime Go, Financing. We really hate to work in this system.

Pros

Decent Flexibility to create system to need.

Cons

I´ts wery bad layout, looks like its from 1980. Endles with small boxes and fields to fill in. No integration to Get accept for us, very bad over all, cant wait to change it out.

Pros

The system is verry easy to use and administrate.

Cons

Some clickable or dragable icons are hidden some times for example when marking a list that should be extracted to Excel.

The flexibility and the many ways you can adjust it to suit you

Cons

Some visual restrains, more possibilities regarding card layout would do great to the product. The are room for improvements when it comes to the visuals and controls. Could get more modern in that sense.

It's very easy to start working with it, new users can easy start working fast.

That you cant send e-mails directly from the Customercard and it will be filed in the program with the other documents so you can go back and see what's been discussed.

Fast, simple CRM and able to connect API. Work in sverall markets, easy to adjust and make it your own.

Cons

They dont have an ap, as it use web browser. So it is a bit hard to work on a samrt phone.

It is fast considering the vast numbers of files we have in Lime. The ability to add and change fields ourselves. Overall a pleasant envoirement to work in. Your can add emails easily to the different files in Lime.

Can only show 10 000 files in the index.

Lime CRM is a super user friendly CRM system. I've tried several systems and this is so much faster, easier to use than others. As an add on they have a top notch support.

Pros

That it is extremely user friendly. With just a few clicks you can do what ever you want and find the people you have registered.

Cons

Nothing. If I have to say anything then it has to be the cost.

Very accessible. Easy to use. Great tool to have on exhibitions

Cons

Missing the function to go back to previous window on the mobile. Sometimes lagging, need to pay attention when typing phone numbers etc. Easy to miss a digit.
