Cons When I a few times thinks something isn't perfect, it's because our needs (or specification) wasn't clear enough. Pros The flexibility and that I'm after all this years still are surprised how well it supports our processes and could adapt to new needs! Cons That i cant run it at on Azure DB (Maybe solved now?) Pros The product is easy to use and helps our sales force every day. We're very pleased with the support och the help with new integrations towards out other systems Cons Not the best product for Mac users, have to use the web-version and that does not align with out process in an optimal way. That means that I save time and I get the job done! Cons I'm not sure that it is Lime CRM's fault, but two integrations with other systems didn't succeed. We came from Lime Easy and there we had one of the integrations. The other one we had big expectations for, but... Also the possibility to download documents that are connected to the customer or buyer. Cons I find the setup with possible choices to be a bit hard, but I think that the setup is made in cooperation with my employer. I would like to use the marketing tool and to be able to connect customers to more than one of our businesses for sale.
