Real improvement on our past cmms and from the Agility of 6 years ago that I installed elsehwere. Pros Flexible to our business, the software has been adapted and configured to the needs of the team but also myslef as the manager for monitoring and reporting. Mobile integration and usability. Working closely with the account manager to optimise before implementation to making minor process changes once implemented. The team are knowledgeable and listen to our recommendations. Pros Agility has been very supportive all the way from implementation and support throughout the entire process. Their system is very flexible and is able to cater to most of not all of our needs. Theyre constantly improving and listening to their customers. Their mobile app has improved greatly even within the year we have been with them. Look forward to the continous improvements and AI integration coming soon! Cons Id say the only downside is the user interface looks a little dated on the core. Would be great to match the user interface of the mobile in the core system. No issues with the system just an observation on how it looks is all. It’s always good to know that feedback is used to help shape the product. Pros Agility is relatively easy to use with common screens, once you learn 1 you learn the others. Ability to use Operational Live Dashboards along with the data warehouse helps us provide information to managers. Cons Some reports are showing their age and have not been updated for a while. I have so many managers question me regarding any new reports. October 21, 2025 5.0 I find Agility extremely helpful in carrying out my day to day job. It has become the backbone of our engineering function and greatly aids compliance with our mandatory inspections. Pros The system is very robust. As a company we find the helpdesk function a massive boon.It has so many features that we have yet to implement and it keeps expanding. Customer service has improved greatly in the 12 years that I have been using the system. The team at Agility have been great in suppoprting that journey. Pros The ability to capture engineering downtime as point of use within he mobile app has been a big step in improving of the accuracy of out data. Cons The report functionality within the system isnt very user firendly and quite difficult to extract the information you need without Agility support. Navigating multiple pages for tasks. The UI design looks slightly dated. Looking forward to seeing the AI reports instead of exporting CSV files to manipulate data. Enables us to capture any condition monitoring trends and helps with continuous improvement opportunities. Our ambition is to work with Softsols to improve the product with regards to asset management standards and to enable better access to our data for analytics. The team at Softsols are friendly, approachable and really understand our business. We look forward to a long relationship where we set the standard for asset management and operations. Pros Softsols' provided their most experienced technicians worked along side our team to ensure we hit our go live date. We provided our own data scientists as we need to combine data from a number of different system then transform the data into a format suitable for Agility; Softsols provided us with unrepresented access to the database which resulted in a complete system on day one. Softsols accommodated a number of late changes on the financial side of the system which was a huge plus. Cons This is difficult as we are happy with the outcome of the project however, we could have achieved more had the team been more ambitious and worked with us to introduce some of the software changes we wanted. Now that the system is live it needs to go through our change control process which does slow things down. It's about taking those opportunity while you can. Review Source AG Allan G.
