Pros Tour Tools is comprehensive and customizable, both for tour management and client communication. It offers the capability to properly tailor documentation and scripting to suit each unique trip we offer. As expectations of the consumer change, Tour Tools offers the ability to match those expectations and continue to strengthen our brand. Cons The visual aspect of the software looks a little outdated, but it does not impact the functionality. Reasons for choosing TourTools We chose Tour Tools/FileMaker more than 12 years ago, and have not considered moving. TourTools offers extremely comprehensive and detailed solution for Tour Operators. It is also user-friendly. The folks at TourTools are very supportive. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] have provided excellent support in importing our data up front and tweaking the system so that it suits our needs. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] did a phenomenal job with training. If you commit to learning this system, it will definitely increase operational efficiency and allow you to capture valuable data to help you grow your company. I would definitely recommend TourTools! They are very responsive and very patient with all my questions as I’m learning the system! And the best bonus is that they are very friendly and courteous!
