All our payment processing have become easy courtesy of Online Payment Software. Pros It has made all our payment processing very fast and effective, we haven't had any delays or other issues ever since we started using Online Payment Software Cons So far so good, am yet to find any issue with this tool Review Source LN Louise N. Clerk of Court Used the software for: ### "Court Use of Secure Instant Payments" February 21, 2014 5.0 I have found Secure Instant Payments a great program for our court. The city went on it but did not include the court at first because it did allow the defendant to pay on-line thru the court website and that is what was being printed on the tickets. The court had there own vendor to do that. Secure instant payment continued to work with me on this and was willing to work with the Adminstrative Office of the Court. We finally jumped all the right hoops thanks to Secure Instant Payments. This allowed them to pay on-line and the fee charged was less than half what was being charged or would be charged to the defendant. We did not have to worry about the credit card fees being collected as they took care of that. It simplified our process so much and it makes the accounting easier for the court clerk as well as the treasurer. We have the reports needed to verify the information needed. Customer Service has been nothing but excellent. They are always so willing to help and give us the assistance we need when we call and make the adjustments we need. There are only too things that could make it better and that is if the court would link it so the payments automatically were entered on the case so we did not have to go in and enter and close but that is not critical as I find I can close as I enter the payment and take care of all the paperwork at the same time. The other is if the city could afford to get a scanner so that all cards can be scanned rather than manually entered. Those cons have nothing to do with the Secure Instant Payments. It has been a joy to work with them and I find the product very useable and affordable. Review Source DP Desiree P. Pros I like how easy it is to make payments online to government offices. It puts me at ease that I don't have to give my personal info to every government system. We use InstantPayments to process one-time and recurring payments for school lunch and other student fees. I have also had several tenants express how helpful the customer services was when they needed help. As for the management company it has been great. ACH has been a big bonus for our tenants. We have been able to set up link for each property so we can track how much comes in to each one. Big improvement over the last company that processed credit card payments for us.
