Like I mentioned previously, it went from less to more, at least for the enhancement from EHS Quest to PRR Quest, let's see how it goes with Audit Quest.

Pros

Probably, I would say the price, but I still have my doubts regarding the offer, customer support went from less to more.

Cons

I was sold to us from the very beginning of the project that will be a so called "copy-paste" from our past safety management system, which it did not meet our expectations, We have been struggling with EHS Quest for more than a year, \[sensitive content hidden\] the transition lead supposedly to make the migration with Intella and no such thing happen, We have to get drawn into several debates about the performance of the system even considering to look for another safety management system, finally in Jan 2025 we could sit down both parties to solve this by explaining to you our workflows (which what was supposed to do from the very beginning) I am still frustrated because some process automation takes too long for its implementation or cannot be possible to carry on, It is not ease of use but it is less difficult. And I could keep adding more things to the list.

Overall, the company's leadership have been pleased with the IntellaQuest features/functionality. The Implementation PM assigned to us was very professional and knowledgeable. The entire Biz Dev, Implementation, and Support teams have been great partners and react fast to resolve issues and answer questions.

Pros

Strong Audit Management module (AuditQuest) and Problem Solving module (PRRQuest). The flexibility for me to create customization to manage our internal 8D Corrective Actions and our ISO 9001 Internal Audit and Supplier Quality Audit program enables us to drive strategic improvements. The ability to integrate 'Scorm' files to drive Training Courses through the PeopleQuest viewer will really help our organization drive New Hire Onboarding Training and Recurring Training requirements across our company.

Cons

Records Management (RecordQuest) could use some additional feature/functionality, including the ability to create custom fields. Document Management (DocuQuest) is really good, but lacks a full built-in "in-line/in-system editing" with multiple stakeholders in parallel. However, if Documentation Collaboration using 'check-in/check-out' isn't a "must-have," it's fine. There are other very useful features in DocuQuest, like using 'Sticky Notes' to track changes.

The cost benefit of the system makes it work the investment.

Pros

IntellaQuest system provides flexibility, adaptability, and intelligent solutions with their applications. It is user friendly and practical once the set up and training are well thought and executed. IntellaQuest provides quick services offered to our global organization

Cons

Once in a while there are minor system bugs, but IntellaQuest is quick to have them resolved and I have never experienced long term shut down events.

Our experience has been great. They provide amazing customer support and there is a escalation point if ever needed.

Pros

The customer support is top notch at IntellaQuest. When there is a feature the software does not have the IntellaQuest team really evaluates if the feature can be added.

Cons

There is some work on the front end of setting up each module but this is common with Quality Management software. IntellaQuest does a nice job of helping with some mass importing.

Reasons for choosing IntellaQuest

We evaluated several software systems out there. IntellaQuest did not restrict the licenses by price which was important to us because we wanted every employee to have access even if they didn't use the software every day. We also really liked that IntellaQuest offers enhancements at no charge. And lastly we were looking for a software that was compliant with FDA data integrity requirements, IntellaQuest has fit the bill on all.

We really like the broad catalogue of applications and functionality. It's great for quality management, but is so much more!

Think twice before you buy this software.With my 20 more years of gauge-related experience, this is the worst software I have found.

Pros

Software developers tried compliance!!!!

Cons

It is not user-friendly at all.The gauge technician's work time will increase 4-8 times.No operation manual for gauge software.Whoever was involved in creating this software didn't compare any other software looks like.The chances of mistakes in entering information on this software are almost 100% as information needs to be entered in different places.
