Cons

It can be hard to justify this software in the budget when you want to be rewarding positive contributions instead of tracking.

Report sent to managers are quite good in indentifying where the leak of hours is. Making my job easier 4. We can easily pay our employees based on either hours tracked in the tool or by fixed.

Time tracking for individual projects is nice.

Pros

I like the amount of detail and options in monitoring activity, including images being taken, reminders being sent, etc.

Cons

The interface is not very intuitive, nor is the software else built all that well for individual. It seems more designed for groups or large companies, not for personal productivity. Also, the requirement to manually turn it on means that a lot of activity can get lost if you forget to do this.

The software is easy to use, but does require some user input. After a short breaking in period, it becomes second nature to track all of the work your team is doing on various projects. This is perfect for tracking billable hours as well as ensuring that your team is spending time on the highest priority tasks

The graphics are clear and concise, making it easy to navigate the site.

Cons

If they could just figure out a way to be able to pull together 1099s and then file them; the system would be ideal. Their competition is able to do this.

Pros

Time Doctor has a few a few good features such as being able to make payments or create an invoice within the application.

Cons

I felt like the software seemed out of date and I did not like the fact that I needed to add a Google Chrome extension if I wanted to make this work.
