Pros This is an easy to use software and everyone can clock in/out from where ever they are, online. So they do not necessarily have to be in a physical office. This helps keep time on employees working out of office or working from home. Cons It takes way too long to load for the first time of the day, in the mornings, when I really need to get in there and get clocked in on time. Sometimes taking 3-4 minutes. Unfortunately it had to be cloud based and I can not use it due to no Internet access. The company cheerful gave me a return authorization and the unopened software was returned. That was 2 years ago. I am still waiting for my refund. Dozens of calls and letters have been sent. The promises to correct this are many. Always an excuse why my refund has not arrived and a empty promise to expedite the process all to no avail. In my opinion this company is a ripoff artist. They have both the product and my money I would not deal with such an unethical group as this.
