The platform provides a clear way to log work hours and keeps everything organized, which makes it easy to review my time records. I find the layout simple and straightforward, and the ability to view my hours over the course of a month is particularly useful for keeping track of my schedule and ensuring my hours are recorded properly. While I have run into a few minor technical issues from time to time, the system generally works well and serves its purpose as a convenient tool for tracking work hours. Pros I really like using On The Clock to record my work hours. It makes it easy to clock in and out, and I appreciate how organized everything is. The monthly overview is especially helpful because I can clearly see how many hours I’ve worked over the month. It’s simple, straightforward, and keeps all my time records in one place, which makes tracking my hours much easier. Cons One downside I’ve experienced with OnTheClock is that it can occasionally have small technical issues. For example, there have been times when it wouldn’t let me log in unless I selected my position, but the drop-down menu didn’t show any position options. I’ve also had an instance where one of my shifts was mistakenly counted as an unpaid break, which required correction.
