But the scheduling aspect is a little more clunky that I'm used to. Pros Pros: On the Clock keeps track of PTO time, Vacation time and Holiday pay! The look of the dashboard is very sleek. Cons Cons: For scheduling, I'd like to be able to click and drag shifts (or easily copy shifts by clicking & dragging). The look of the schedule on your phone or your desktop computer is confusing when there's multiple employees. Some grid lines would help a lot to separate days and employees! Also, there is no way to show open shifts to employees. It empowers employees to manage their own hours. Cons Errors can easily be made such as, double punches. I could also see how time theft could be an issue if someone was clocking in and not going to work. I need to download the app so I can use the full experience. But when I use it at work it seems so easy to use and easy to check my times from work. Pros How fast it works. I enjoy just walking into work and just scanning my finger to clock in. It’s actually very convenient. Cons Some times I’ve had trouble with my finger being read correctly. It hasn’t happened many times just once honestly and it was a quick fix.
