To narrow it down to one word, excellence in the platform's functionality and excellence in customer service. Excellence in customer focus. Excellence in cost to value. Excellence in delivering on what their customers want and need. Pros On the clock has the best customer support and help available. Making sure any issues are quickly resolved so they do not repeat. The platform is well-designed and easy to navigate without taking much time to learn. Our employees of all computer skill levels find it easy to use and have no problem navigating what they need to do. What you get for what you pay is significantly better priced than their competitors. It is secure and you can assign rolls as needed with permissions that match that role. It is one of the best time tracking platforms availible, and we have been using it for several years. We have not used the payroll function because we have an in-house system. Otherwise, we would use their payroll since it looks easy to use and navigate, just like the time clock. Cons There isn't much to not like about On The Clock; the only thing I can think of is that the PTO could be a little more automated for renewals. Very user friendly and even when I have forgotten to clock in, my supervisor easily fixed with quick turn around times. Cons Possibly that there is no app options? But it could be that I'm not aware of it. We have to close out all of our schedulers to be able to access. So I would think having a GPS locked app on our phones would be easier clock-in option.
