Excellence in delivering on what their customers want and need. Pros On the clock has the best customer support and help available. Making sure any issues are quickly resolved so they do not repeat. The platform is well-designed and easy to navigate without taking much time to learn. Our employees of all computer skill levels find it easy to use and have no problem navigating what they need to do. What you get for what you pay is significantly better priced than their competitors. It is secure and you can assign rolls as needed with permissions that match that role. It is one of the best time tracking platforms availible, and we have been using it for several years. We have not used the payroll function because we have an in-house system. Otherwise, we would use their payroll since it looks easy to use and navigate, just like the time clock. Cons There isn't much to not like about On The Clock; the only thing I can think of is that the PTO could be a little more automated for renewals. Don't really like that it has a location feature but I guess it would make sense from the boss' point of view but as an employee kinda weird Pros I like that you can leave a note when you're clocking in/out. It made it easier for me to track and also benefits my boss. Cons don't like that when it adds up my time worked, it doesn't round up to the nearest hour it goes into a decimal. CRC Health, Wellness and Fitness Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "it's inconvenient at times but overall simple to use " October 31, 2025 3.0 Below average but for punching in and out is very straight forward and easy to use, however it lacks features, polishing and backend bottlenecks Pros Ease of use to punch in and punch out. But that's about the only highlight which might be the main thing you want in a service like this. Cons It doesn't show for how long you've punched in, it just tells you the time which i can look on my computer or phone anyways. It also only gives the amount hours worked with decimals rather than also hours and minutes which makes it more tedious trying to calculate the amount of hours you still need to work to complete 8h. No available "calendar grid" view, just a list of dates. A minor annoyances is that when checking pay periods you can "go" into future pay dates that you haven't worked yet, so if I scroll all the way down assuming I will go to the latest date I scroll into the future. Slow loading times despite having 100mbps ethernet connection, and last but not least, no dark mode option, white and orange just blasting your eyes, it's so simple to enable that feature.
